I’d give Regal Assets no stars if I could. I thank God I smelled a rat in 2022 before buying gold & silver from them. Their CEO (Tyler Gallagher) is now hiding overseas because so many customers got scammed.
CAUTION: Oxford Gold Group has lately become just like Regal Assets - scamming folks out of their $ by never purchasing the metals they paid for. Before doing ANY business with Oxford, run away as quickly as you can. These people are pure evil.

In October 2021, my wife and I transferred funds from our two Fidelity accounts to Regal Assets to purchase metals for a total of over $2.6M. The funds were received by Regal Assets through the custodial bank, CNB Custody (Community National Bank), on Nov 10, 2021, we were told it would take 6-8 weeks to receive the metals we subsequently ordered, into the Depository. For months following, we attempted to get status, each time getting no answer as to where the metals were.
In April 2022, after several messages and texts, the president of Regal Assets (Leah ***) sent us an email stating our metals had been received at the depository, and were waiting to be checked in to our account. As “proof,” she emailed us a hand-written shipping doc dated April 26th that we did not view as verifiable. From May 1 to June 5, we asked regularly when metals would be reflected in our account. Leah kept punting, stalling, not providing any direct answers. She gave us a litany of excuses, telling us she is picky with choosing our metals, the depository is short-staffed, they had a mishap with their paperwork, etc. Yet our accounts in the custodial company system still showed “awaiting metals.” On June 6, with no metals in our accounts, we reached out to CNB for help in resolving.

After several unsuccessful weeks receiving only reactive communication from Leah at Regal Assets, Leah indicated there were no metals and told us we could get a total refund on both accounts, which she agreed to provide June 8th. On June 10th, Leah claimed in email to CNB that she had sent in the request for same-day wire transfers from Bank of America and told us in email that my account funds would be “released on June 15th” and although we requested them numerous times, we did not receive wire transfer instructions or IMAD numbers which would allow us to track the wires. There is still no resolution and no such documentation from Bank of America.

She told us she met with BofA fraud and worked this out, but as of July 14th more than five weeks after Leah at Regal Assets had promised to refund the money and over 8 months after sending them our money, there is still no resolution or full funds back in our accounts. We’re certain this is evidence of fraud and have secured legal counsel as our next step. Buyer/investor beware, we have seen several other similar negative reviews on Regal Assets and we hope to avoid others being in our situation, having your money held hostage by this clearly nefarious metals investment firm.

Absolute scam, they are under investigation for not fulfilling orders. Do your research.

Regel Mar Shopping online. Is a total scam! They advertise a very low price $69.98 for a two person fully enclosed electric mobility scooter. They advertise on Facebook marketplace. Total complete scam!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!

Regal Assets (Tyler Ghalagher, Leah Denonso, and Christian Howard) Stole from my retirement savings a total of 1 million dollars. They took from me, 40 years of hard work and sweat's rewards. I am 69 years old and instead of enjoying my retired life that I had plans for, now the dream is gone. I wish no ill will to anyone however, justice and fairness must prevail. Those responsible must be brought to justice and jailed if necessary. The vault holders like CNB should also be held liable for their knowledge of what was going on as many of their clients had not received their metals. CNB had knowledge of this but yet still acquired new clients from Regal Assets while feigning ignorance of the reality of what was really happening.

Not sure how useful this review is since Regal Assets is out of business. There are multiple Regal Assets companies you will find online but I am posting about the online business that was at www regalassetscom with all the celebrity endorsements. Their website is down and it looks like the owner Tyler Gallagher and his acomplices Leah Denoso and Christian Howard are not responding to emails anymore. I purchased from Regal Assets in 2020, and received my metals and was planning to repurchase until I was getting no responses then saw the website was down and found these reviews. I guess that I am one of the lucky customers that got their metals before the company fell apart, but it goes to show you that even the most professional looking well endorsed company can be a step away from becoming a scam

I purchased metals from Regal Assets in 2014, and was satisfied, they were a legitimate company at one time. I dealt with Tyler Gallagher, allegedly now a Forbes Finance Council member. My second purchase in 2021 has been straight theft, dealt again with Gallagher and President Leah Donoso, my metals never got delivered, and after multiple attempts to reach them and no responses I am now coming to the realisation that I am not getting anything back. More I look into this the more I see that Tyler Gallagher is a manipulator that created all and any superficial collaborations to give himself the credibility that we all bought into, then took our money and blew it into his esport company Team 33, and his lavish house. Eventually his business spiralled out of his hands. Is there a class action lawsuit we can join? or just FB group?

They're only good in the beginning. When you start having issues, they will not respond anymore.

Supposedly, precious metals were purchased in December 2021 after the funds transfer from my IRA. The metals were never purchased, and here it is nearly a year later, still without metals or a refund. You have been warned!

Tyler Gallagher, CEO of Regal Assets stole my retirement funds. I thought I was buying silver for my self directed ira; but, I guess I was donating my savings to regal assets. Tyler,what are you doing with our retirement funds? Are you stealing our money to fund your other company, Team 33 (BTW, what's the value of that company)? Or did you take our money to invest in crypto for yourself? Or did you run home to canada? Also Tyler, the Federal Gov't is coming for you and your little enterprise. You will be in prison paying your debts with your PRISON WALLET.

Regal Assets stole my money and I have filed a complaint with the FBI

I was interested in obtaining details about their crypto IRA. I attempted to chat, 3 times, sent an email and contact form. NOTHING!

I cannot urge strongly enough to warn the public against purchasing precious metals with Regal Assets at this time. The CEO has literally vanished, there is no one at the company to properly communicate with, to solve any client issues and there are millions of dollars of people’s funds and or precious metals missing. I am the executor of my parents estate, they had a metals backed IRA affiliated with Regal Assets as the metals holding company. Our funds RA is or was holding aren’t even in an investment account, they are liquidated assets, after tax precious metals being held in a sub account (supposedly), taken from the annual required IRA distribution, my parents used this account whenever they needed cash. My parents have been dead for a year and this still hasn’t been resolved. I have to answer for all accounting during this probate process in managing their affairs. After corresponding with RA on this matter for 10 months, and then directly with now former “president” in name only for almost 6 months via multiple emails, phone calls and texts, a time wasting tactic no doubt directed by the CEO who knows exactly what happened ti millions of client funds and metals supposedly in a safe vault. It’s almost hilarious really I saw right through all of their tactics. While this former “president” person does flaunt a wealthy lifestyle I have no evidence to suggest wether she is innocent or guilty of collaborating in thievery or money laundering under the guidance of the CEO, Tyler Gallagher, a Canadian citizen. Recently the former “president” has been continually helpful with angry depressed clients (now victims) and is seemingly in the dark as to exactly what illegal activities had taken place, only through proper investigation will the public find the truth. Google search for Victims of Regal Assets where several people suffer severely, wondering what happened to their life investments, their money, their purchased metals, Google for yourself BBB and other reviews to read the stories. The CEO whom I spoke with myself is quite cavalier attempting to muster a measured amount of empathy while of course offering zero accountability, zero plan to remedy and now zero communication. Collectively, victims experiences are much the same as I’ve been in communication with several. RA only owes me $41k and I’ve heard every possible lame excuse and promise you can creatively imagine. This legally had become my mothers estate, my probate lawyer has emailed an associate from RA multiple times and said never in her life as an estate lawyer has she come across such deception and unfair business practices. This is literally Bernie Maydoff 2.0 If you are having troubles with Regal Assets, skip the months of frustration, the silly chats with college girls answering the phones from an apartment, do not believe their marketing promises, do not ask for a “starter kit” and certainly do not fall for all of their grossly obvious tactics to buy time or not know what happened to your account but “will check”. Read complaints on this platform, file immediately with the FBI as there is now a case started, file complaints with DFPI, CFTC and GO DIRECTLY TO LITIGATION by calling a Los Angeles business or civil attorney, as I now find myself doing after giving them too much opportunity to “act in good faith”. It takes a bit to find the right attorney just search consumer litigation or business litigation on Justia. CEO Tyler Gallagher is now a full time video game host/player @team33 who does payouts for online gaming his new endeavor with payouts exceeding over $800,000 already this year while going dark with his RA company. Suspicious? Indeed. He also has partnered with a rental home/music studio in the Hollywood Hills called House 33. I’ve offered him a 50% reduction in what they owe me and was ignored so I’m all in on social and legal. This is the current truth, no one is actually running this business any longer, yet somehow two people more in the last few months have been scammed over $1million each, it’s only the tip of the ice burg. This company needs a full forensic analysis by the department of justice. RA literally knowingly stole or misappropriated my deceased mothers money and is preventing me from performing my legal obligation during an already horrible family loss that they are quite well aware of. Shady, low brow, bottom feeder company has lost its reputation. I believe on justice and that this will soon find its way into the media. I warned the CEO via the former “president” I would be applying measurable pressure and I intend to continue with every tool available until all of these victims are taken care of for their losses. This company formally needs it’s ability to continue doing business, to cease immediately and people in jail.

We've tried numerous times to contact Regal Assets and no one has ever returned our call—the company has gone dark. We're extremely confident this is evidence Regal Assets is scamming/defrauding customers of their money and possibly all their metals. We hope to avoid others being in our situation, having your investment or metals held hostage by this nefarious metals firm. I would highly advise not to invest or have any metals with Regal Assets.
