Fire certification for old flag
I sent an old football flag which didn’t have a fire certificate to Red Dragon for their fire retardant treatment and certification. Red Dragon turned my order around very quickly which was most impressive. Due to the COVID restrictions I’ve not had chance to take the flag to a game since so I’ve yet to see if the sewn on label which gives details of the treatment will be enough to satisfy ground admittance safety regulations, hence the 4 star rating. If it works then it would definitely be 5 stars.

Good quality flags
Flags are well made with true colours. I needed help with my order as website is a little confusing. Help was quick. Delivery was also quick. Only one thing was disappointing - I was charged £8 courier delivery, but parcel cost £2.70 (according to stamp on envelope) and came by Royal Mail - delivered by the postman.

Hello Birgitta - everything we send is sent by 1st class recorded delivery for which there is a minimum charge of £4.90 plus vat. Ive checked the track and trace and this was the case with your order which was shipped yesterday and you received today. We do have to charge for packaging too which takes the cost up to £8. If you had contacted us direct to discuss this cost we would have happily explained it to you in person.
