Extremely poor service
I placed my order and used the tracking which stated it was due two days later. Since then I have not heard anything. Tried using the online chat today which confirmed the order was dispatched the day after I placed it and was with DPD. It then promptly closed the chat. Tried using the What’s app service and that cut me off as well. Very disappointed with the service I have received. Placing the order and then taking the money was really easy since then a nightmare. Used this company years ago before the technology kicked in and they were great. Will not be using them again once I eventually receive my items!!
