I believe my Grandmother was born in Ireland but can't be sure. As I don't have her birth name... I only know her by the name she took when she got married to my grandfather...

Record Click was a major disappointment for me. After being assigned a second genealogist, and paying $850, I eventually received 8-10 documents on relatives from 2-3 generations back. I never received the narrative summary that I requested. When I contacted the genealogist, I was told that we were done! A huge disappointment. Over $100 per document for documents that were not that informative or helpful in my research. Not recommended.

I have been very happy to have hired RecordClick to research my Irish Ancestry. Christina did a thorough job and supplied me with records and documentation in a concise report!

I provided alot of research into my family tree and asked for 1 piece of information and they couldn't provide any help or details into getting the historical details on my grandmother..

For me it was a complete waste of money sadly. If you have put a lot of research and effort into your family tree I would suggest using another provider.

Record Click was asked to connect two men as brothers. They found two men that were on the same ship and said they were brothers. On further research of my own they were, in fact, not brothers. Two different parents.

The owner and genealogists at RecordClick are truly caring and professional. My case had a really thick brick wall that, for years, I couldn't get through.
With the little info that I had, received some great info that dispelled (what I assumed was somewhat true), had more cracks than a room full of working plumbers, lol
My genealogist, Quentin, was great. He kept in constant communication with me, and at the end, we were able to piece together the facts. We, at least, were able to get halfway through that wall as one half of my father's parents' story was unable to be opened.
That said, I came to the end of the journey with more answers than questions, and I'm able to build a more reasonable facsimile of a family tree.
Thank you, RecordClick. I got more than a "bang for my buck", which was very reasonable in comparison to what other genealogy companies charge.

My family had an estate issue with an inheritance from a distant relative. We had to prove that we were related in court. I found Recordclick through online reviews. From my experience, I recommend them highly. They assigned a project manager and a genealogist to my case. They were very responsive, professional and hard working. I thought the price was reasonable, too, with no surprises.

My husband was adopted and never knew his biological father. After doing Ancestry.com, he was surprised to find he had a half-sister, and that lead to 3 more sisters plus some info on his bio father, but not much else. For my husbands 70th birthday, "Mary" at RecordClick set me up with an amazing genealogist (Jason) who did a 10 hour research and book on my husbands new family and roots. It was INCREDIBLE! And part of the gift was another hour on the phone with Jason, which, again, was incredible! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

For just under $900 I had 3 people added to my tree. I’ve never been the type of person to write a bad review I just feel very underwhelmed. Would be less upset if I didn’t describe my situation and have a package recommended to me. I was under the impression that I would have a team for the 10 hour package but it seems just 1 person was assigned to me. You live and you learn.

Well, Record Click has shown patience with the launch of the project. We will start in earnest tomorrow or day after tomorrow. Clearing the Financial hursals right now. If they exhibit equal attention to detail with the research, thing's should progress smoothly.

Love RecordClick. Megan has been so professional and provides complete reports and the back-up records to go with them. On my Italian grandmother's side of the family, she was able to go back many generations on both of her parents. On my Italian grandfather's side, she ran into a dead-end. It turns out his father, Graziano Menante, was a "foundling" - a child abandoned at birth. A foundling was given a made-up name by the town clerk. At this point a DNA search is the only option. Since that might not produce any results, I decided not to pursue it.

It started about 2 years ago I wanted to find out exactly where in Scotland my ancestors were from my father had always told the family we were originally from Scotland but we could never be sure so for a few generations my family has lived in Nova Scotia Canada with the help of Record Click we were able to trace them back to Northern Ireland where we were able to find a distant relative who was able to tell me exactly where in Scotland we came from and for this I am so grateful. I have hired RecordClick on 4 separate occasions and the research that they have provided me was nothing short of extraordinary. One of their researchers, Nancy, that I have used, was responsive and brilliant.

I contacted them, gave the information and they made up a bogus story. Easy money for these so called genealogists,

Just disappointed. My expectations were low going into this but to get absolutely nothing was very disappointing. I basically gave all the information to the researcher without any return. Nothing.

I have been wanting to do this process but always thought it would be a lot of work for myself or too expensive for me to have professionals do it. I couldn't have been more wrong, Record Click was a dream come true. Economical and affordable and the results were beyond my wildest dream. We were able to trace almost every line of my family back to their origination and when and how thy made their way to the US and from there, learned every detail about all of them. I was amazed and have so enjoyed sharing all of this info with my different family members. I would recommend this process and Record Click for everyone. My contact was Jason Smock and he was a God's send, answering all of my questions, helping me understand the history and details of all our findings. He was patient and so very responsive with all of my inquiries; more than I could have wished for. I felt like I had made a friend when it was all done. Don't wait another minute...call them, use them, and you are going to be amazed.

I specifically asked if they could provide me with a “Birth Certificate” and if they would I was going to sign up with them. They said they could and they LIED! They charged me and I did NOT get the birth certificate I asked for. I gave them the information with the number and names on the birth certificate - I needed an official copy of the certificate. Which is what I asked for and thought they had some special way to obtain this quickly! In addition, they gave me incorrect information about my family member - it was NOT my grandmother! Did they even offer to make it right and look up the correct information? No. So it was Money for nothing. They lure you in with the names of Accredited people that won’t be working on your case! A complete and total waste! Go and use a different company - Not this one!!!

Tanner was so great! He was able to complete the job! He verified the name of my biological father after making several deductions, from my paternal DNA and from the current placement of some unknown distant cousins that showed up on my 23andme account. I could tell he really got into the whole excitement of it all! It felt like he was on my side and was determined to get the answers. Record-Click is the most cost-effective company to hire for this kind of investigation. The other company (with initials LT) quoted me a price that was over 7 xs more than Record Click. And they were very stiff on the phone. I can take the time to learn all about my paternal heritage now. And get to know the brother I never knew I had!
