Process very easy and efficient, I go back every year

Very helpful staff, very informative of what was required and what stage my claim was at.

Courtney kept me in the loop with what was happening with my claim , very efficient, great company and I will be using them again .

The team were on hand from start to finish, answering any questions that i had. I found the process so easy and the service provided was exceptional.

Great customer services from Courtney and Bailey, little delay receiving money but that was HM revenue Not Reclaims. Would definitely recommend as everything is done via iMessage or WhatsApp which makes it a lot easier. Self assessment forms are dealt with by then as well so don’t panic if you receive one.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Used them in 2017 and 2018 with good service. Heard nothing from them until AUG 22 where they were wanting me to sign a document with incorrect information, multiple unanswered phone calls.

I have tried to use another company this year who have advised me today that this company have continued to reclaim my money for 3 years without me knowing. They have received over £3000 of my money and have never paid out.

A fraudulent disgraceful company.

Terrible aftercare service, after my claim my tax code changed I was being taxed more than what I originally would be. After contacting Courtney for 2 months about the issue it has still not been sorted. Hmrc will not help as they say it’s a claim issue. Courtney responds with, “I will contact the after care team” and provides no update. Will not use this service again! Or recommend it to people.

Quick and reliable service. I received constant updates on my claim letting me know where the process was and an employee was there to help answer any questions I had.

Endless ringing through and no answer or response. I submitted the claim back in May and had no correspondence back, or update. I'm unsure as to how they managed to get rated #1. Next time, I'd use a different tax reclaim service.

I waited 10 months, once my payment finally came through i was compensated for the delay which was a nice gesture.

Through the process I was contacted several times by different individuals with different completion dates which became increasingly frustrating.
Through talking with colleagues who have used this company, I was expecting over 2k for my first claim as we had similar history, I recieved £600 after a whopping 25% fee plus VAT.
I would advise to get a fee quotation first as I was expecting 10% for the service.

I had heard really positive experiences from my colleagues, that led me to use this company in the first place, sadly my experience was rather disappointing.

That being said, a few extra quid in the bank is always welcome and with minimum imput on my behalf it is worth doing.

its been over 12 months now and still nothing, what a really bad service, i will be contacting HMRC myself to see if any refund has been issued and if it has i will be going to the police and reporting a fraudulent claim.
