Omg I had so much confusion on my behalf 😭 my phone was bugging so I wasn’t receiving any emails. But when i emailed them myself (with a different email) they were quick to respond and really really helpful. Honestly great customer service

Still waiting on a refund, that they confirmed receipt of nearly 5 weeks ago. I won’t be using this company again, customer service is poor and no communication returned.

Extremely disappointing , I ordered 4 dresses on Thursday and PAID for next day delivery. I received no update at all and contacted customer service. They said there was an unseen reason as to why it didn’t get sent out and they would send it that evening. It is now the next day and yet again received no update whatsoever. SCAMMERS

Ordered last November and never received my order. Very poor customer service, I had to do all the chasing. Order was never replaced or refunded despite my proof of no delivery from my cameras. Has taken until last week for them to say that they are not prepared to do anything. Would definitely not recommend.Replies from them were not very professional and very poor.

I had to contact customer services due to an issue with my refund. Fiona picked this up on the next working day, found out what the error was and processed my refund which was in my account before the end of that week! Fiona was a great help 😊

I paid extra for next day delivery and the parcel didn’t arrive on time, making it useless for the event I bought it for. Customer service admitted next day delivery isn’t guaranteed for certain postcodes, but this wasn’t mentioned at checkout. Paid for a service I never received, and getting a refund is a battle. Very disappointing.

I ordered a playsuit in January next day delivery. I had notification from Evri the next day it was due to come in the evening. At 1pm, I had notification it was delivered to my doorstep (I didn’t approve any doorstep delivery as I live in a terraced house so my door is directly on the street - obviously you wouldn’t leave a package there and think it’s secure). When I got home from work in the evening it wasn’t there. I’ve emailed Rebellious Fashion about 7 times since and never received a reply, I can’t find any other way to speak to them, so I’ve not got the playsuit or a refund. Absolutely awful customer service, I will not use these thieves again!!

Don’t order next day delivery and waste ur money my order was shipped Monday needed it for Tuesday so I payed the £5.99 delivery now Evri is telling me it’s being delivered Wednesday I don’t need it Wednesday

Fiona helped me with my order. Hadnt recieved any conformation but she got to the bottom of it and its now on the way to me..Grateful for all her help its much appreciated

Whilst staff that I've corresponded with have been really helpful and pleasant, replying straight away. I feel that the time scale for a refund has been ridiculous, this needs to be looked at, I understand you use a third party delivery system, but still over 2 months for a refund ? Whilst im not in desperate need for the money there are other who are.

Accidentally pressed standard delivery when needed next day, emailed them and got back to me within the hour and helped me be able to get the next day delivery , great customer service thank you

I ordered two tops online one for myself, and another for my friend. They came really quickly. One was the wrong size, the other perfect. I returned the one that was too small, and Rebellious Fashion sent out the larger size quickly - it was with me within 5 working days.

Wow stay well clear sold me counterfeit tracksuits and now don’t want to refund me would never buy or recommend stay well clear
