If I could give a minus rather than one star I would. Terrible company to deal with. I ordered a beanbag chair for my granddaughter. Was not suitable, even though I shook the beans up etc, she continued to fall out of it. Contacted the company to return and they sent an unusable return label. I agreed with them that I would personally deliver it to their warehouse, which I did. I handed it to a member of staff who said my refund would take a few days. They have since denied receiving the item. I tried calling them but their number is incorrect. I asked them to call me to discuss, they haven't. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Bought an Item, did get delivered. But was not what I was looking for emailed company twice no response. Called the number listed on there website, call didn't go through came up and invalid number even though number is identified as them.

Bought two bean bags for my sons. They arrived earlier than I expected. I didn't find it very expensive and the quality was fantastic.
My ONLY complaint is that I would have liked to have purchased some other bed items. But the selection isn't very broad.

I bought a child sofa bed for my grandson when he stays over the material is all loose awful and not what it says in the advertisement with the range I am going back and forth between them still no where in getting a refund or a replacement do not buy off this company I will be taking this further!!! I now have reported this further as this is no way to treat people and false advertising and people who are vulnerable too

Terrible customer services! Unsafe product that they will not take responsibility for!
I purchased a bean bag for my little boy! When it arrived I put him in it and it instantly tip towards tipping him out of it which could have been very dangerous as he could have banged his head, I contacted the company to inform them of this to which there response was the bean bag needs shaking to reset the filling, I have already done this before he has used it and again after the recommendation but still it tips forward whenever weight is put into it! The company expect me to pay to refund the item which it very large item so would cost nearly the same as i paid for it. When I told them this is not acceptable they sent me a fake returns label and now are not responding to messages. Very poor!!

I made an order through their website (prices were cheaper). I received no confirmation but I kept the order number (please do the same). After a few days I started trying to contact them, but nobody was picking up the phone or was replying to messages submitted using their form. Them I sent an email to support (at) readysteadybed
This did the trick. After 1.5 weeks I received my order! Good product, terrible website!

We brought a double Zbed mattress for our guests to sleep on and they said it was very very comfortable to sleep on. The quality is excellent!! Very good product at excellent price and a great company to purchase from as the delivery was very fast too.

Very quick delivery although turned up without prior notice

Bought this guest bed for my 13 year old granddaughter to stay over and found it to be really good quality. I can sleep on it being 5'5" and 71kgs with great comfort. It's slightly smaller than a double bed but a good size. The cover is zipped and comes off for cleaning which us great. For the price it's really good value when you compare to others on the market. It's no brainer.

This chair is perfect for putting in a summer house for sleeping on occasionally. It’s low as a chair but very comfortable for sleeping on.

I cant believe i have been sent an email to rate this company. I'm still waiting on the product to be delivered it was ordere don the 5th of January. The item has been marked as despatched, however the courier hasn't even received the item. If i get the item and all is well with it i will change my review.

The z bed was fantastic and customer service couldn’t get any better, will definitely use this company again

Great product, good price (go direct, not Amazon) but packaging was non existent and so is communication. I emailed after 5 days as I had no order confirmation. No reply to email. Delivery arrived 3 days later. No paperwork for returns etc.

Double sofa z bed is perfect for what I needed so can't complain about that. Only been a few days so can't say about how well it will last.
