De belles excuses pour ne pas reconnaître et assumer ses erreurs.

The phone customer service for visa card is very poor. Long time waiting, it has been like that for years, and nobody cares about it. Most of the time I had to go to a branch to fix the banking issues.

I have a disability mortgage the RBC literally withdrawing money from my account and also collecting from my disability every time I call they literally don’t understand. Wonder how that multi billion dollar business goes with the unprofessional people don’t understand for the peoples pain and suffering. It’s called disability mortgage literally supposed to be Help us.

We moved over to private banking…what a mistake.They charge quite a bit more but we thought the service might be better.We were so wrong.When our mortgage was up for renewal.We had asked the lady to get us a quote for variable compared to closed.She told us it would be too much work for her!I couldn’t believe it.Then trying to get in touch with them is almost impossible and even after leaving messages they don’t call you back.Stay away if you are thinking about it.And on top of it the messed up our credit cards 🤦‍♂️

Well I bought a card on his auction RB_ CARDZ.... and I was sent I won and sent him the money. Last time I heard from this crooked PR. BEWARE

Absolutely worse bank for customer service. They decide on what you are allowed to spend your money on or not. They do not allow people to buy crypto. Block the etransfer and when you explain to them honestly where it is going and your experience level with crypto they just cancel the transfer. Refuse to put it through. Pathetic and extreme abuse of power.

Service a la clientele nul et laisse désirer, une banque qui fait pitié, publicité mensongère. J'ai regretté d'avoir changé mon hypothèque à cette banque. Je recommande pas cette banque à personne. Au début il porte le costume de la politesse artificielle une fois tu as une question l'incompétence fait surface et personne ne donne la même réponse. Cher lecteurs faites attention

La pire banque que je n'ai jamais connue. Le service à la clientèle médiocre des agents incompétents qui te font déplacer pour une signature électronique dans une succursale et sur place personne n'est au courant de cette signature ils te livrent deux avec les mêmes numéros pour des dates d'expiration différentes la liste est longue je suis vraiment dégoûtée de cette banque

A VISA transaction, well within my limit was arbitrarily refused, causing major upheaval. After waiting unsuccessfully for over an hour in the RBC VISA phone queue, I finally drove to the downtown RBC branch, where it took another half hour to resolve the issue.
In contrast to the telephone service, the branch staff was extremely helpful, within the limits that their own internal access allowed.

Rbc used to be a great bank, but now the agents are rude and are not following protocols. Took me to collections after I settled my accounts, unreal, time to switch

I called RBC customer service (800 769 2555 ) today to resole my mobile app’s password issue and person who named alen assisted me to resolve that..Im really appreciate his patience and politeness ..

Terrible AI-based phone customer service. Keeps asking silly questions. An old-fashioned number menu would have been much better.

Depuis plusieurs moi je fais la demande de report hypothécaire pour me soulager en attendant de régler une situation financière difficile causé par le maladie.

RBC me fait rencontrer un conseiller pour résoudre la situation mais la personne ne fait rien et presque il résout riende de ma situation, il cherche toujours d'excuse pour pas résoudre le problème. Banque complètement inefficaces, mauvaise service, aucun empathie envers leurs clients de 10 ans. Je suis juste choquer

Every time I have anything to do with this bank it is an exercise in abject futility. RBC should stop using the term, “service” to refer to the appallingly inadequate customer experience they subject their clients to.

The app and online experience is so limited as to be virtually useless.

Telephone banking is even worse. Their security questions are designed to make you fail and then they end the call without ever telling you which question you got wrong. After several attempts I came to figure out that the branch listed on my statements was not the branch they had on record for me so there was no way I could pass their security screening.

Invariably I am advised to go to a branch to solve the issues they have created. Even when I tell them it is either a 3-hour plane trip or a 16-hour drive to get to the closest branch they can offer no other options.

I am switching all of my accounts and investments to CIBC because it took me less than an hour to download the app, create an account, order a bank card, and transfer funds into my account. My account is immediately accessible for debit transactions on my phone.

RBC has been so exasperatingly inadequate to my very simple banking needs that I can’t get my money out of this institution fast enough.

If it were possible to give negative stars I would.

Pire banque au Canada aucun service pour les intérêts à charger très rapide pour les papiers pour toi attend il ne sont pas pressés dans banque en direct 2 semaines que j' ai signé mon renouvellement rien encore fait ils ont oubliés par contre avant le renouvellement je recevrais des courriels tous jours pour aller signé un coup fait plus rien ne se fait les papiers attende plusieurs appels ils sont ai limite de la politesse juste l'argent compte

Will give Negative number of stars if by all means possible. Their AI dominated phone call customer service is just a piece of garbage in any sense, providing no value what so ever to customer. At today's time, if a customer calls, it's about something not a so called AI can solve. Just get a capable REAL human being. Shouldn't it be that simple. Not just a stupid Ai telling you to go to the website. Anyway, whoever decided and or implemented this Ai customer service, is a moron, SOB. It does not help customer in any way. Waiting for one more frustration to leave this company that never care about customer but just SAYS they do.

We received really excellent and fast service when we urgently needed credit cards for our trip to the US in September of this year. The process was painless and the immediate action saved us hundreds of dollars though flight specials.

Customer service representative was rude during our phone call conversation and I can’t file a complaint because my card is blocked i guess i will have take my business elsewhere i will never be disrespected by a customer service representative

Worst investment I ever made. Invested in RRSP 50K, I came from Congo, this was all my savings. In 3 month they said - I cannot withdraw the money and offered me credit line - I took it, I needed to send the money to my parents. They block my transfer and after 1 week talking to the bank manager - they said that credit line is not available anymore. Right now I have no money.
