We were met at the door. Directed to what we were interested in and then left alone to browse. Found Jeremy nearby to let him know our decision. Great.

I was looking for a chair for months..Stopped at R & F and had a very good experiencd with Michael Parrucci. He was not pushy at all...he left me alone for awhile so I could look on my own and then came back and went over things with me. I would def ask for him again when shopping at R & F

Ordered at 5 pm delivered before noon next day!

It was so nice to shop at Raymour and Flanigan!!!! The deals were pleasant and Matt made it easy to shop at the York location! Because of him I'm will definitely go back!!!😁🙏🏽

My wife and I were looking for a nice living room set. R & F had a large variety of styles and fabrics. Our customer service rep was very knowledgeable and patient. We came to the store several times before making our final purchase and our rep was always there to help us but give us enough space to let us figure out what we really wanted. We are very pleased with our purchase! Thank you.

We special ordered a living room sectional on Jan. 21,2023. We were told multiple times it would be 6-8 weeks for delivery. Seven weeks rolled around, and we got a text that our furniture was in, to set up a delivery date. It was only our lamps. We knew they were in stock but did not want them delivered until the sectional came in. We went to the store to find out what was going on with our order. We find out that the vender pushed the delivery date up to June 3rd, 2023. We could not at that point wait that long because we have family coming in for the long Easter weekend and now had no place to sit because we had gotten rid of our old furniture.
The sales person should not be telling customers that special orders are 6-8 weeks without contacting the vender first. A customer will understand this to get a better timeline for delivery. We also found out that our order never went in until 9 days later, the 30th of January and we were told Monday the 23rd!? We were able to get it all straightened out with the help of the Manager and picked out another sectional that was delivered immediately along with our lamps. But even that was not meant to happen because I was to pick them up at my store on Monday? We will go back, and have since, to order a coffee table. But we were a little upset by what happened with our original order. Plus no one contacted us about the date change which was also a bit bothersome. The delivery guys were absolutely EXCELLENT though, absolutely excellent! As well as the manager and customer service. Everyone one of them were very helpful.

Our sales rep Jenny is friendly and knowledgeable..no pressure. We were welcomed at the door and felt comfortable to browse and enjoy the atmosphere. Once we made some decisions Jenny answered our questions and quoted the prices with all details given upfront. We appreciate the honest and open experience..this place is the real deal!
