My experience was great because of ALL the wonderful, friendly, helpful staff at the York, PA store. I can not say I have ever walked into a more welcoming, no stress furniture store in my 75 years of life. From start to finish, I was never more relaxed with no pressure on any of my decisions. That alone says a lot to me. Thank you Tyreik Jackson (my consultant), Sandy (happy and so many smiles) and Ravine who drew up the paperwork and both being so helpful in explaining what I was signing, Destiny for your smiles and laughter, Ellen who was helpful on a telephone call I made and the wonderful Manager and salesman that greeted me when I entered the store today. Tyreik, you are awesome and I thank you for your patience on helping me with no pressure at all on my decisions. This store is number 1 for having the most helpful and happy employees I have ever seen. Thank you so very much. I will be back in the future. Connie Cummings

The salesperson really sets the tone. We had a great one.

The sales staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. At no point did I feel pressure to buy. The product quality surpassed most furniture stores, selection was good, and the protection plan they offer sounds amazing. Hoping I don’t need to use it to find out how true all the statements are. Honestly would have been a 5 star rating, but the prices… ouch. It hurt to pull the trigger on buying. They did work with me a little, but even still, it was expensive.

Tyreik was helpful but not pushy like some furniture salesman can be. Answered all of our questions and helped complete the purchase of my sons new bed.

The salesperson was knowledgable, offered lots of options, understood my aches and pains and directed me to mattresses that would be good choices, and very personable.

Chevelle Brown was the best. Found a recliner that I like and couldn't find anything to go with it. After seeing several loveseats, finally found one. Chevelle had someone bring up the recliner I wanted and put it beside my recliner. It was perfect. Ending up ordering 2 recliners and loveseat. It looks great in my living room. Thanks again Chevelle you are the best!!

Chevelle Brown was so helpful and professional. We explained what we were looking for, and she knew exactly where to direct us to furniture that was just right for us!

Steven was really patience with me. He was great talking to us and making sure we had everything we need.

Delivery cost is double other competitors.
Time will tell on quality of purchase.

Matt the associate was great and knowledgeable. Wahab was extremely helpful during the 1st visit which made it easier to make our choices when we met Matt. Overall, great staff, great store and great selections!!

We were greeted very nicely by a gentleman name Will. He explained the sales and showed my husband and I were to find each piece of the furniture on the tags. He wasn’t overbearing as some sales people are. He let us know if we had any questions that he was available to answer for us. In the end he helped us purchase our new sofa. Thank you Will!

Platinum protection is apparently only available on certain days. I live further out but being a 2nd rate customer due to distance I only can have warranty work done on Thursdays. They don’t tell you this at the sale oh and stop telling me to email rfcares. Tried that already. You should just close that dept. it’s useless
