Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable about products

Great experience,sales person helped us out patiently to find what we were looking for.

My salesman Kerry Lawton was extremely helpful and informative about my purchase of a Raymour and Flanigan reclining chair. I have thru the years fur nished my home with many products with your company, and may i say that kerry was very helpful in my new addition to my home!!!! Thanks for having quality salespersons for a job well done!!!!!!

We placed our order,and I'm hopefull we get the color we asked for in a timely manner.Our salesman Chester was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Got what we needed! Sales person was not pushy but answered our questions when needed.

The associate shared all options and let us decide as we chose our mattress. The time spent testing and comparing was well worth it.

While the salesman was very obliging (because, of course, he wanted to make the sale,) I have to say that customer service was very rude. I had a bad experience, got very upset, and will not be going back In to buy the furniture I was interested in for $4,000 because of how I was treated. I will be shopping and spending my money elsewhere. Called corporate three days ago and still haven’t received a call back. Guess the company is doing so well, they don’t need my business.

Told me furniture would be in Tuesday, now not in until Thursday

Very attentive sales rep - without being overbearing. Gave all the attention we needed as well as all the privacy we wanted to discuss alone.

It was a great experience. I entered the store & was greeted immediately. The salesman gave us his name ,Rudy & told me to look for him with any questions. He was very attentive, without being too much. He was very good, gave us many options to look at ,& purchasing options as well. My daughters & i had a great visit & purchased livingroom furniture, a lamp& 2 livingroom tables. We are coming back for more

I was greeted as I looked around with a knowledgeable yet low to no pressure salesman. He walked me through furniture choices that were apropos to the description I gave him and the price point I was looking for. He was very helpful. I found exactly what I was looking for in very short time.

Terrible service

Poor communication and they don’t keep promise of next day delivery

Inability to match furniture style wit desired fabric prohibited us from purchasing chair.
We did buy a coffee table we liked. The salesperson was knowledgeable and attentive.

Bought a sofa that we were very happy with at a 10% off savings. Fine service from Chester, who found a sofa that meet our specific requirements.
