Our salesperson was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with.

People Greeted me right away. Connected me to the sales person. Sanjay Singh excellent, he walked me thorugh all the products, what the options are in terms of price, quality and delivery, it was easy to make the decision.

We were furnishing almost an entire house. Kimberly B. was patient and helpful throughout the long process as we carefully selected everything from sectional couches (two of them!) to mattresses to bedroom sets to throw pillows. She gently guided us through moments of indecision, weighing in on style choices when appropriate. And she took our many, many phone calls as we added more purchases and arranged for delivery. Thanks Kim!

Salesperson picked up quickly that I was only interested in a certain style chair and didn’t waste my time trying to sell me a high priced item.

Our sales person David Lartey was so helpful and gave us space to make our decision. This is the second sofa I have purchased from Raymour . very satisfied with the sales person and the product.

The salesman was awesome, very helpful and listened extremely well. We did not feel pressured but felts as if our needs we're being respected. He was polite and professional!

great selection of furniture to chose from! a great sale person makes it easy chose from such a large variety.

The salesman was very welcoming and personable and also had concern for my breathing and my need to rest a little bit before moving on to the next mattress. The only downside, in a sense, was that I mentioned that I did like Sealy mattresses and the first one he showed me wasn't a Sealy and it was a $2400. Perhaps he was showing me the best before he showed me the rest! The other downside was when checking out at the register there were two girls there engaged in conversation. The one that checked me out seemed slightly annoyed that they were interrupted. She did regain her composure, made a few pleasantries, and the process from there went smoothly.

We had a very pleasant search for a new mattress with Amy Heaven. She was very informative and helpful in choosing the right mattress for us. She took her time with us even though she was leaving for the day. She didn’t rush at all, took her time explaining and letting us try different kinds of mattresses until we agreed on our purchase. She was amazing!
