The Furniture Consultant was very patient and helpful with me while I was looking around and deciding what to purchase. She, in no way, pressured me to make my purchase. She clearly explained all payment options available. When I came back the following day, she pleasantly greeted me by my name. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The manager was not only rude and insulting but racist as well. I will never make another purchase based on the treatment of the Yonkers Outlet store manager. I would appreciate an email and apology from R&F Corporate Office!

Customer service at the Raymour and Flanigan Outlet in Yonkers was great. I took my grandmother to purchase a new bed and they treated her with respect and patience. She was happy with her purchase and the experience at the store: Look for Ben: he is the best.

Isabel was really nice and helpful in helping me and my mom pick out the right bed for us. I felt comfortable and was under no pressure to just purchase any over the top beds that does not fit me. I was very grateful for her assistance. Now I can't wait to sleep on my new bed.

The first sales person we encountered was one of the rudest people I have ever met. He actually said two extremely inappropriate comments to my family and I. We then asked for a different sales person and when we told them about our experience they referred us to a manager. The manager was apologetic and we proceeded to purchase a mattress with the new sales person. We were each offered a store credit that would be sent to our email for our poor experience. It has been almost two weeks now and we still never received the email with the store credit. Honestly I would never go back to this store again.

salesperson wasn't to pushy for a sale and was very helpful and patient let us browse and really decide on what we needed. I like that cause its very comforting to know they understand and that we need to choose what we like not what they want to sell just so they can make a commission or sell.

Terri was a great help. She let us browse at our own pace, and circled back to us when we narrowed down our selection and answered any questions we could come up with.

We went to the outlet store after not finding what we wanted at the regular store. Not only did we find something that we liked, but had the nicest sales person anyone could wish for. Her name was Isabelle. If you go to the outlet branch which was formerly toys R Us ask for her.
