Laura cunha was very delightful and EXTREMELY knowledgeable in ALL furniture in the store she listened to all that I wanted in a couch /love seat. It was a pleasure to have such a wonderful person to make my experience shopping so pleasurable. She is a real asset to your company!!!! if you have an employee of the month, please sign her up for that because she was incredibly helpful and I would come back again and ask for her in a heartbeat. They had the style of love seat I was looking for

Tony was awesome! Super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Made the shopping experience such a pleasure. He has an authenticity about him that can be rare in salespeople.

In store experience - excellent. The salesperson - Denise - was extremely cordial, knowledgeable, and patient - and not at all pushy, which is something that I usually expect and dread in these retail encounters.

Online experience - a little clunky. These days immediate confirmation emails after a purchase are pretty much standard, so to not receive one nearly twelve hours after a transaction - and not a minor one at that - is a little frustrating. Insult to injury, attempts at getting information about the transaction via the online “customer service portals” feels fruitless because they lead to dead ends.

Also, the packaged specs (height, weight) for certain items (bed frames, bookcases) online might be useful for customers in deciding whether to do pickup or delivery.

Knowledgable, efficient, helpful sales person

Our salesman, Khamauri, was very knowledgeable about the bedding we were interested in, gave us options, but not at all pushy.
