In the store inquiring about a mattress’ protection bag when Kevin Choquette, the Home Furniture & Sleep Consultant came to the rescue, alerted the Manager and minutes later I left with a big smile on my face and a happy heart. Sedrick helped us find a perfect firm twin sized bed for myself and wife. My son served as an interpreter and did help communicate with him. The delivery was next day and perfectly smooth. Thanks!

A great shopping experience
Hema, the sales person who worked with me, was a delight. When I found that the item I was interested in wasn’t going to work for me she guided me through several other options until we found an excellent fit. Hema stayed on top of the entire transaction from sale to delivery making my entire shopping experience an excellent one!

We were in the market for another new mattress. After several unhappy visits to a local store, we decided to take a ride to the Hartford Store. From the minute we walked in and were greeted by Jose Medina, we instantly had a great feeling that we would be taken care of. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and sincere. He was very patient, honest, frank, and made us feel so comfortable without being pushy at all. He and the manager were fantastic to deal with we were so happy and relieved when we left the store. We will shop at that location from now on and refer them to everyone.
