Always a great experience when visiting and shopping at your store. The staff was helpful and patient, and the store is clean. Lastly, a beautiful lay out of furniture.

Online ordering went well with no problem. I find the survey a bit premature considering the furniture has not been delivered yet. At this point, we do not have an estimate date of delivery.
Once the furniture has been delivered, I will complete a survey without a problem.

Nice looking stuff, but cheap quality
Nice looking stuff, but most of it is poorly made with cheap materials. Just a step above ikea. One of my dining chairs broke within a month of delivery. I’ve been waiting several months to get a response from raymour. The call to service was rude. The floor team is nice, but they must be paid commission so the atmosphere is a bit intense.

Very comfortable to shop
Very comfortable to shop. The sales person will offer help on what I'm looking for, we will sit and talk about my purchase(s) and then he says "feel free to browse and let me know when ready". I love this because alot of stores sales person follow me around alot, and that's really annoying. The great thing sales person will offer me water then check to make sure any help I need. At the end, I purchase kitchen set and beautiful bedroom dresser. Thank you

I’ve purchased a sofa plus warranty service on 2020 and I needed service for it because of a broken leg, and they sent me the wrong color item, contacted them many times since and to no avail. Awful service!!!

Great place to shop
Great place to shop, was in and out in about an hour. From walking in the doors until leaving the staff was very attentive. Special thanks to Chris on 2 occasions for helping me out. Brought a sofa and a bedroom set and I’m happy. Keep up the great work 👍🏾

Excellent service, from the service lady Blanca Pena to the delivery guys! The guys were very professional and efficient! They were in and out in a few minutes, with setting and cleaning up. Thank you! We love the loveseat!!

The quality of the furniture and customer service was superior. My sales rep (Manny) was friendly, knowledgeable, and wasn't pushy. I was offered a variety of payment options. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience.
