AZZA WAS THE ULTIMATE PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL TO ME IN SOME DECISIONS MADE.
I appreciated the promptness of contacts.

Working with this company has been a disaster. For 5 and a half months I’ve been trying to get my bunk bed set installed properly. Wrong assembly, missing parts. Five 3 hour car rides up to the bed location to meet delivery teams who have come up empty handed. Still not fixed. Was told they would do a complete swap out. Arrived with an incomplete set of parts. If anyone in this company reads this feedback and cares at all, please contact me.

Great selection of furniture, we bought a sectional for our living room. Saleswoman was attentive without being invasive, answered all of our questions thoroughly. Our furniture was in stock and delivered as promised (delivery window was 10am - 1pm, showed up at exactly 10am.) Will definitely purchase more furniture from Raymour & Flanigan, very satisfied!

The salesperson Linda G that worked with me was superb. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and showed me several options.
The person who checked me out made an error and charged me an $87 delivery fee for 2 pillows that I intend to pick up at the store when they come in.
I am awaiting confirmation that the charge will be removed.

I gave 4 stars since I had to order the lamp even though there were 2 on display, but was told the display models were not available for purchase. The lamp is supposed to be available in Sept.

Delivery takes way too long, it has been 10 days already and you still don’t even have estimated delivery time. I will not order anything ever again

We visited your Waterford, CT store and, again our salesman was Paul Jensen. Always extremely knowledgeable and helpfull. Everything went smoothly and delivery also. Very pleasant to deal with Raymour & Flanigan.

Azza is so kind. I came to try a mattress that a family member has. She was sweet. I told her I knew what I wanted and would be back at the end of the week. I came back and purchased a bed and mattress from her. We were expecting a hurricane that weekend so I asked if they could hold off on the delivery until the following weekend. And she set it up without any worries. I will go back to purchase a tv stand with my GC that comes with the mattress purchase, once it arrives!

Moe was helpful-he showed me all the bed frames that could be a platform bed and a conventional box spring frame.

Only complaint is I wish there was more communication and tracking to see where the delivery was and when it would arrive. Other than that 5 stars to the sales people and everyone else I spoke to and the delivery team also gets 5 stars. My granddaughter loves the mattress and my grandson likes the lower box spring because he no longer needs rails! Thank-you Raymour and Flannigan team, I will definitely make all of my furniture purchases with you!!!

I was looking for a low profile mattress base and found some online. I called several and Raymour & Flanagan was the Best Buy and would also remove my old box spring included with the delivery fee. I chose them also since I have purchased furniture there before and have been satisfied with there service. The person I spoke to was pleasant, helpful and easy to understand. It was an excellent experience.

Sales associate was professional and knew inventory well. Was able to answer questions and made our experience pleasant. Here attire was classy!!
