Purchase sectional sofa; delivered December 9, 2022. Contacted R&F on December 27th, requested to speak with manager about an issue with chaise portion of the unit. I was informed that managers didn't take customers calls. Called twice more; given same information; requested a service technician. They canceled first appointment; second occurred on January 27th. I explained how chaise leaned to left causing extreme discomfort and the arm was defective. Technician stated that there wasn't much he could do but that he'd file complaint. Didn't hear back from R&F; called on 1/30; asked to speak to manager; was refused. Drove to store on 1/31; spoke with Assistant Manager; explained situation. He had suggestions; had to defer to store manager (Randy) who didn't call back. Called several times; spoke with him on 2/8. He stated that there wasn't anything he could do as a technician was never at my house which I disputed. He stated that he would have a service manager contact me; no one did. Called on 2/14 and 2/20; he stated that he couldn't resolve the situation. Service manager (Melissa) called me on 2/20; stated that furniture wasn't defective (all chaises leaned to the left or right; I should have known to ask sales rep); refused to replace the chaise. I stated that I purchased $150 worth of orthopedic seat/back supports to help with the serious discomfort of chaise, I would provide orthopedic physician's physical assessment. She stated that she would charge a restocking fee (equal to over $800). I contacted the manufacturer, Fusion Furniture on 2/20, asked if what she stated was true; representative stated that it was absolutely not true; they would have regional manager contact R&F. Left message for Melissa to this effect; she did not return my call. Called Fusion Furniture on 3/8, explained that R&F refused to return my calls. Melissa called me on 3/8 stating that only her original offer stood.

Karen is an exceptional salesperson she went above and beyond. She listened to what I wanted and made good options available.

Our Salesman Shawn Cundy was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We simply stopped by to look at the inventory. Shawn greeted us as we walked in and asked how he could help. We told him we were going to browse. He later followed up with us to see if we had any questions on what we had seen. He was able to answer all our questions and was completely transparent. We ended up purchasing a living room set that fit our needs. Thanks Shawn!

After much looking around we found what we wanted at your store. Salesperson helpful but not overbearing. Transaction easy. Hopefully delivery experience will be stress free as well and quality of product will hold up as well.

Lisa was very helpful and pleasant. She showed us a loveseat online that we could order in addition to putting together a couch package. Very pleased

Consultant Debra Palumbo was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me with my power lift recliner. She also helped me with information on adjustable beds and mattresses.

Excellent piece of furniture at a very good price. Very comfortable. I was not able to set a delivery date when I was at the outlet store. After returning home and checking my calendar, I called my salesperson to set the delivery date. I was having trouble understanding the information she was trying to provide me. When I asked her to let me ask questions, she became rude and impolite. I would not purchase furniture from this salesperson again.

Always had good experience while shopping here. Sales people very helpful. Delivery fee a bit steep though...

We have bought mostly all of our furniture from Raymour and Flannigan for over 25 years. As always we had a great experience. So much so I will never go anywhere else. This was our first time in the Warwick store and it is beautiful. Sylva provided great customer service …… very helpful, provided great suggestions a directed us to exactly what we were looking for. Once we receive our recliner and sleep sofa we will see her for assistance in picking out a rug and coffee table. Thank you!

Salesperson Gina Mehta was a wonderful help with my elderly parents. We had planned to shop around a bit, but she was so great, and the pricing and selection so appealing, we ended up buying everything there! My husband and I will definitely be back to furnish our new family room and home office!
