We purchased a sectional & were very happy with the whole experience. Then we decided we needed one more piece because the room was too big. We decided this on a Sunday night of tax free weekend & my husband called. We weren't even sure if they were still open. Well they were closing in 4 minutes & Robin took our phone order & was very professional & never rushed us. In our opinion she went above & beyond in her customer service. We thank her so much & the one more piece of sectional makes all the difference. Thank for your customer service Robin!!

No high pressure, just friendly help
The salesperson who helped me choose my sofa (Lee) was very, very helpful and not pushy at all. He was patient with me and helped me make the best decision to meet my requirements. I chose a sofa that was in stock and got great delivery in two days!
