My salesman, Mr Stacy Watkins, is amazing. I’ve been to the Valley Stream store over the years and he has always helped me. However, I’m still waiting on my furniture delivery. :(

Our salesperson Jason Glass was so patient and kind with my elderly mother who was having a hard time making a decision. Jason was not pushy, very respectful and knowledgable. He made our experience very pleasant and my mother was finally able to purchase furniture that was practical for her lifestyle. Thank you Jason for all your help!

I stopped in to buy a small dining table set for my mother. Everyone was wearing a mask and there was a hand sanitizer station at the door. The doors labeled in and out helped patrons to social distance. The check out counter and line allowed for social distancing as well. It was a pleasant experience. The sales rep was very respectful and courteous. I was happy with my purchase.

My Rug was too small, called the store to see if I can return and purchase a bigger one still no call back by the store manager.

Umma did a phenomenal job with helping us pick out furniture for our first home. She took her time, explained everything and, also help creat a vision that we didn’t even see. She’s a interior decorator by eye. I loved working with her and look forward to working with her in the near future.

The representative was very patient with us and was knowledgeable about the furniture. We were happy to know we could mix and match a table from one set with chairs from another set.

Eric was my furniture Sales Rep and he was phenomenal. He was patient with me, walking with me through the whole store as I picked out my furniture. He was knowledgeable about the product and measured every thing that I asked him to measure. Great Experience

Great experience for my wife and I. We Went in to get a few furniture for our new home and was assisted by Store Manager Arsalan. He patiently explained the details of each pieces of furturniture while keeping our 17 months old toddler engaged. While we were still in the store after store hours, after going to the Customer Care Counter we were pleasantly greeted and processed. My wife had misplaced her job phone inside the store and it was retrieved and held at the Customer Care counter who answered after we called to see where it was. Great team! Great experience! Great people!

We searched for a sofa and loveseat and the sales consultant was attentive and patient. We found the perfect set and it was delivered within three days. The delivery men were professional and careful. The chairs were placed exactly where we wanted them. I am very happy with this purchase.

I had a great experience during my visit. The salesman Marcus was absolutely wonderful. Cannot wait to get my new mattress.
