On Dec.29th i ordered special order…
On Dec.29th i ordered special order couches from the Valley Stream NY location. They took a $700 deposit from me. Yesterday 04/28 i got a call from the mgr i assumed she was going to tell me that my couches were finally in but told me after 4 months that the couches could not be special ordered. They couldnt tell me this when i first ordered them? Terrible way to do business.

Unprofessional
I went to buy a mattress and decided I didn't like any of the options as I was leaving I said goodbye to the two ladies who helped me and I heard one of them say "I told you they were a waste of time" which I didn't appreciate and it was very unprofessional regardless of if someone made a purchase or not at least they will be able to think it through more and decide which they liked best.

I asked the salesperson three times not to put it in the care package. She finally took it off my bill. Also, am I paying Nassu County's taxes or Queens's since it will be delivered to Queens? I never got the answer. I only purchased the couch because of the color, and it was an apartment queen-size bed.
