I am a repeat customer and Tom is always a pleasure to work with. He listens to me and never tries to push anything, just shows me what I am looking for and lets me decide. I have never had an issue with anything I have gotten from R&F. Will be back again and hope to work with Tom as always.

I assumed I knew what kind of mattress…
I assumed I knew what kind of mattress I wanted before walking into the store, but the saleswoman took the time to listen to what I was experiencing with my old mattress and suggested I try a few others before going to the one I assumed I was going to buy to have experience feeling them all out. It turns out all the mattresses were very nice to lay on, but I was still experiencing pain on the very sensitive pressure points until I found a good pillow and I tried a Tempur-Pedic mattress. After finding the right one for me, they delivered it the next day and then a few more days later I finally found the relief of the pain to finally start healing that is needed for me to being able to rest.

We usually visit a diff R&F, but will be coming back to see Paula next time we need something. Excellent experience!!

Greeted at the door. Asked what i was looking for, tv stands. Told they were situated around the store and look around. Paula did check on us. Found one. She was able to order one in the color I wanted.
