Great experience with Abraham at the DeWitt location. Very knowledgeable, not salesy at all BUT VERY HELPFUL in helping us figure out what we needed. No pressure added and then a smooth transaction took place with fast delivery scheduled. EASY!!! We'll be back for sure.

So glad we traveled to the East Syracuse store from Windsor, NY, our local raymour in Johnson city were not helpful and didn’t want to assist us after we stopped a few times. I came in, was showed what I asked for with a couple of other options, chose, paid and was out. Mattress was delivered less than 24 hours after that by two very nice employees. Doesn’t get any easier than that!
