Is this sale non-refundable?
Well I received it but it's not the color that was portrayed online nor the thickness. It's way thicker than what was online. I haven't opened it yet because I believe I read "once it's opened it non-refundable?" I'd like to exchange it for the beige one instead, but wonder is that even possible seeing it was in sale when I purchased it? It's a good quality rug for the money I paid it's just not what it looked like online. Happy/not happy! Can it be exchanged?

We purchased five rooms of brand new…
We purchased five rooms of brand new furniture 2 years ago we paid cash it was delivered on June 30th the couch pilled up from us sitting on it the recliner had collapsed in the seat and a captain's chair had broken on the spokes they replaced the couch they replaced the recliner they brought me a side chair instead of a captain's chair I sent that back now they are insisting I don't have the Platinum protection which I do and Debbie in their little department has decided because that she has two months from a puppy she's not going to replace that she will be replacing that chair for all of the furniture

Outstanding Service
Mauria spent so much time with me over a few days to find all the right pieces for our new home. Her friendly personality and service was outstanding. Along with Mauria, I had Kafir's decorating expertise which made for an incredible team. Can't wait for the items to be delivered!
