I met with Steve Pellerin, who is very knowledgeable, and had a short conversation about what I was looking for. Once I decided what I wanted to purchase, we had a brief, no-nonsense bottom-line discussion, and I made the purchase. This was one of the best and quickest furniture purchases I've ever made and I've made plenty.

The Ability To Compare Items
I was able to compare the items and find the one that fits my needs. I was able to find my choice at a reasonable price and the perfect fit for my frame. And I didn't have to leave my home to do it. I was able to delay my delivery so my relative could be home with me the day it is to be delivered. I also got the White Glove Delivery so I wouldn't have to assemble or move it.

I found the selection great, but I knew exactly what I wanted. I did everything by phone, but the sales person was the person who made everything easy. Her name was Maruia (not sure of the spelling). I told her what I was looking for, and she sent me a text with a rocker recliner that perfectly met everything I wanted.

Although we have bought numerous furniture items from the store in the past the major turn off is that the staff is sitting and pounces on you as soon as you walk through the doors. Wish it was a more subtle approach…, Kind of makes us less likely to return.
