The sales man was great helped me with what I needed great job

Finally got my dream bed. No pun intended

THEY THE WORKERS OF SEACUCUS COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE NEEDS AND RESPECT TO CUSTOMERS. MYSELF , NASTY REMARKS AND HORRIBLE RESPONSE. I PURCHASED A COMPLETE BEDROOM SET WITH SO MANY MISTAKES. MY HUSBAND HAD TO PICK UP A END TABLE. MY TWO SOFAS WHERE DELIVERED BY 2 NADTY DELIVERY BOYS. THAT IS JUST WHAT THEY WERE RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. THE SEACUCUS SHOW ROOM IS BEYOND A DOUBT THE MOST COMMUNICATION WITH IT'S CUSTOMERS. TIME FRAMES NOT SYNCHRONIZED RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL GIRLS ANSWERING THE PHONE IN SEACUCUS. I DEALT WITH A SO CALLED CUSTOMER MANAGER. ALL PROPAGANDA. THE MANAGER OF SALES HAD THE NERVE TO SAY DO YOU EVER THING MAYBE SHE WAS TO BUSY TO GET BACK TO YOU. A CHILD. THE PROBLEM IS MOST COMPANIES FELL.

Two of your salesmen did not make any effort to assist me. One referred me to the Fairfield store which I later found out you do not even sell the item was looking for.

Highest level of professionalism I could have ever imagined. They were so flexible with my inconsistent demands. They’re the reason I furnish my entire home with them. “Out of State!”

Went to the secaucus store looking for a sectional couch and I found the perfect one Mark helped us he was very knowledgeable and helpful, and showed us all the different options of sectional couches

Customer service manager Ms Alba very rude. Not accommodating. I was made to come back to a different date because is was labor day and manager was not available on holiday. WOW! First time I know a sale store whose manager unavailable on a holiday. Have to come back and schedule another date because of the unprofessional and lack of knowledge of people who manages this store. Training should be optional for this people

Ronald was excellent and very helpful with picking out my new sofa. He made the process very smooth and fast! Thank you!

My complaint is with the delivery. The communication and timing was perfect, however:

$80 to deliver a mere box spring is outrageous!

The delivery personnel did not wear masks, and indirectly refused to dispose off the old box spring for us.
