Christopher Bain was very helpful during my visit to the Scranton store. He wasn't pushy but more than helpful in my decision of what color Diana Chaise to get. I felt comfortable to ask him any question and had confidence and trust in my online purchase, which he also helped me with.

The salesman was friendly and very knowledgeable. Asked questions about what we were looking for and made shopping a pleasure.

The entire experience was smooth. The sales rep John was very helpful and knew his way around the showroom. All in all a very positive experience.

Went looking for an area rug at the Dickson City store and our favorite salesman Chris. We’ve dealt with Chris on a couple of previous occasions and he’s use to our antics when we shop. Chris gets 5 stars for his sense of humor and putting up with us. Also the ladies at the check out desk get 5 stars for their help.

Only normal sales pressure we were allowed to look first, then discuss with sales rep. We were given good advice, and closed the sale.

Jessica was very helpful. The entire process went very smoothly.

I have had the pleasure of working with Beth Gatto since at least 2006-2007. She has always been so helpful with her expertise assisting with decorating tips and help making our home cozy. Mike the sales manager stepped in to complete our order as Beth had 2-3 other customer who requested her when they entered the store. God Bless!
