Zaire Blackwell made our furniture buying experience a pleasure. A real class act and we had fun too. He was very knowledgable and helped us clarify our best options.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with "Mr. C" during our visit to the Dickson City "outlet". He was not only very knowledgeable, but courteous and friendly! He listened to our needs, made some suggestions, and quickly wrote up our order. This was definitely one of the easiest and nicest furniture shopping experiences I have ever had!

great sales associate was instrumental in facilitating my purchase. She was very helpful and insightful as to make my choice easier than I anticipated

Mark did a great job explaining our options for mattresses and took the time to let us try out the mattresses we were interested in. We believe we got a great mattress and a great deal.

Erica Sowers went above and beyond helping us pick out all of our furniture to our area rugs, etc. She was super friendly and extremely helpful. She made it an easy and pleasant experience.

You have a great selection. Your staff was very helpful. He also gave us some time to ourselves, so we didn't feel pressured. We will be back in the future. And we would recommend others to your store.

My sales consultant, John Rothstein by far made my experience with Raymour & Flanigan not only enjoyable but successful! His knowledge of inventory coupled with a respect and understanding of what I was looking for allowed me to walk out with exactly what I needed, a new sofa and recliner.

The delivery guys were great. Everything about our purchase was excellent and we are in love with our new sectional sofa!

I simply can’t say enough about my experience with Zaire “Z” and the entire staff at Raymour and Flannigan outlet. From the moment I entered the store this young gentleman made my shopping experience a pleasure and went above and beyond to insure that my every shopping need was fulfilled without pressure but with sheer enthusiasm for my shopping purchase.
He not only made my shopping experience easy he made it “fun”and enjoyable and was beyond knowledgeable and accommodating.
His after purchase follow up to insure delivery and satisfaction was also an amazing added personal touch.
The young lady in financing Bella was also very pleasant and helpful. She worked to help ensure easy and affordable financing terms to fit my budget along with “Z”.
Now on to the amazing delivery!!!
I had to have two delivery dates set up because one of my pieces was on back order. When they say 3 day on time delivery they are not kidding!!
I received serval notifications from Raymour prior to delivery with a little delivery truck tracker via text notification and both times these guys were … to the minute on time.
They were in and out in a flash and were courteous and friendly.
All and all I could not ask for a better experience and would highly recommended Zaire “Z” and the staff at Raymour and Flannigan outlet.
On a scale from 1to5 .. I would say my shopping experience and satisfaction with my purchase was a 10. 😀🤩😍

The minute we walked in we were welcomed. The salesperson (Tyler) was great he showed us exactly what we were looking for. The experience was just great!

Your representative Mark was extremely helpful, courteous and polite. We told him what we were looking for, and he directed us to the area where we could find a selection of dressers. He told us that he would be here if we needed his assistance. He did not shadow us or hound us as we looked at various items and discussed them. When we made a selection, I motioned to him and he came right to us. He was very cooperative and supportive of our needs and decision. This is exactly the kind of shopping experience we appreciate, and it resulted in a sale.
