Greeted at door by store manager. He most most helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and showed me various items with explanations to make my choice a successful one. He was courteous polite and friendly. Never felt pressured.

The store was clean with a well laid out floor plan. The representative that helped us, Alex was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, engaging and patient!

Edison is the best ! Visited the Dickson City Outlet store and found everything I needed. Smooth process and very accommodating to my needs !

The associate who helped us went above and beyond!! He was so kind and helpful!

Michael was the best in helping me with my purchase of a Stearns and Foster mattress. He contacted me to thoroughly explain the process of buying a hi end mattress. His style of communication is casual and welcoming. He immediately made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you for such a positive experience.

The two sales associates were very helpful and not pushy or over aggressive when it came time to make a decision. They answered all our questions and were helpful in setting up everything needed. Edison and Michael took care of us at the Dickson City PA outlet center and even though Edison was the original sales rep we spoke with, Michael wound up taking care of us as Edison was not working the day we returned to complete the sale. Michael was sure to include Edison in this transaction and I feel it was one of the most upstanding traits shown as to how the sales team worked together to make the experience truly enjoyable. We have purchased many items from R&F and anticipate continuing to do so based on this and other experiences.

Tina Smit was great!! Not pushy answered all of our questions. Such a great person to deal with.

My husband and I recently had a very pleasant experience at the Raymour and Flanigan outlet store in Dickson City, PA. Our sales rep., Franco C. was really wonderful personality-wise, his knowledge of the products and his interior decorating sense. We were not planning on ordering but wound up with an adorable gray loveseat and club chair. We are absolutely thrilled. This furniture is the start for a sitting room I have on my second floor. Franco encouraged us to provide pictures and measurements for our sitting room as well as our living room which are both on the small side. I fully intend on securing Franco’s help in furnishing both rooms again with smaller pieces but pieces that will accommodate our adult children when they visit. I am so looking forward to our next visit to this particular Raymour and Flanigan store and working with Franco again!
