We came in to browse around and Rick allowed us that time and space to browse. As we were getting ready to leave he suggested a dining room set he described as his favorite. Sure enough it was what we were looking for. Rick was extremely helpful and patient with Us. Extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Though the salesperson, Rebecca was pleasant to work with, 2.5 months after buying the furniture a piece broke from the reclining mechanism. I contacted the service dept to have them send me the part and I will change it, saving them the cost of sending out a tech and truck. I was told it would take 2-4 weeks to send out the part. That was unacceptable especially since I only had the furniture for about 9 weeks. I then told them to send a tech out. Appointment was made for 11/3/23. 11/3/23 comes and tech. I call and they say that we are not on the schedule. Frustrating because I arranged to be home for the tech's arrival. They offered to come Sat 11/4 11:15 -3:00. Told them 12:00-3 is better because we will not be home. They said the tech wont be in the area. Huh??? 1:15-3 he will, but 12-3 he wont??? So we made a new appointment for Wednesday 11/8. Let's see if the show up.
The store was absolutely no help after the sale, we dont exist anymore!!

Rick and Michael were incredibly helpful and kind. Very easy to talk too and simple transaction before taking home our cute new tables!

Our salesman was through and patient. Check out was fast. Only one complaint. Received a text that said the window for delivery was 6am to 9 am at 6 am this morning. The delivery people called about 6:35 and said they were 35 minutes away they arrived about 7 am. Should have let me know the day before. My husband and I were in bed when the call came.

He showed various couches and then i went home to measure and came back next day and purchased a smaller couch. Was in my budget and have a warranty. It will be in next month. Salesperson was informative and pleasant. Thank you.

I am writing to say buyer beware. There is no return policy once you leave the store with your furniture. Make sure you open and inspect prior to leaving the store. I just picked up my backordered loveseat. The whole arm is badly damaged. I called immediately and was told I needed to send pictures to them of the damage. I have done this, but I live a few streets down from the store. We just picked it up. It wasn't even a half hour and still can't return. I now have to keep this broken loveseat at my house until they contact me. I am beyond upset. This is not how a company should be run. If things are turned around quickly and they give me a new loveseat ASAP I will revise my review otherwise... it will stay as is. The whole process of getting my new couch has been nothing but aggravation.
Update: They have agreed to replace the loveseat. It is backordered for 3 more weeks. I will update again once all that occurs.
Second Update: I waited the 3 weeks and then they sent me a couch instead of a loveseat. Waited 6 more weeks. Got a call to come pick it up. Forgot I still had the couch at my house and forgot they offered free delivery of new and pick up of incorrectly sent couch. Never called me back I just started to get text notifications that my delivery was scheduled. This all started back in March when I first placed the order....here it is July and I finally have both pcs of furniture. The only kind word I have to say is the person I had most of my contact with Zaria at Raymour did all she could to try and help me. As a whole though....Raymour gets a big "Fail" from me.
