Associate very helpful, courteous & knowledgeable.

The sales associates were helpful without being pushy, which we appreciated. We were able to view many choices and make up our minds without feeling pressured.

The service was excellent. Elvia was the perfect salesperson to help us. There were several selections and she thoroughly explained everything and allowed us to take our time in selecting.

Sheila was phenomenal. She made us feel comfortable and she did not pressure us.

Sofa shopping was a great experience. I hope delivery is just as easy.

Attentive without being overbearing. Everyone was very informed about their product (we bought a mattress), and although thorough with details about extra services like damage insurance, not pushy when it was ultimately turned down.
There was a good selection to choose from and free shipping hours away from the store we visited was a great bonus.
We had visited Macys prior to trying Raymour & Flanigan, and am very glad we ended up here in the end.

I had a pleasurable visit. The sales people were helpful and friendly as I entered the store. Mr. Prendergast was my salesperson. He was kind, friendy, and patient. He took time with me and answered all of my questions. I changed my mind a few times about what I wanted and he was accommodating which I appreciated! I was pleased with my purchase.

My Sales Rep was excellent, just a coincidence that she helped me out with a previous purchase 3 years prior. it must have been fate being that we both have the same first name.I did not recognize her with the 'mask' on until the end. Maria takes her time asking questions and listening to what your particular taste is and she magically walks around the store and hits the jackpot on the perfect piece I was looking for, she doubles as interior designer. i have gotten many compliments on the items that she help me pick. Raymour and Flanigan has fine quality furniture, it is my to go store for all my home furniture needs.
