About 6 months ago I bought a mattress, mattress protector and adjustable base and decided it was time to get a new pillow to complete the set. After going to the R&F website to research what’s available, about 17 different pillows at different price points, I called and made an appointment with Randee Fisher. Prior to going to the store, I highly recommend that you use their website to help start your shopping experience, it will really save you a lot of time. Once again, Randee was very knowledgeable and helpful. After trying every pillow that was available, based on my info. and input that I gave her, I found one that was just right for me. I also bought a pillow protector. Not only does it protect the pillow from dirt and stains, but, will keep it cooler in the warm Summer months. Nice feature. I know it will work because I bought one for my mattress and it really does keep it cooler in warm weather. Bottom line, I like shopping at Raymour & Flanigan and highly recommend making an appointment with Randee Fisher. She really knows her stuff.

Randee was the best!! I went in to look at a bedroom set I was eyeing on-line. She was extremely helpful, friendly, easy to talk to and not intimating or pushy at all. She made sure I walked out with a smile! Great experience. I would absolutely go back to her for my next purchase!

Sales person Howard Samuels very helpful in helping me find what i wanted. There was no pressure with this sale. I will definitely be back soon to purchase the Lydia power reclining love seat waiting for a sale also would like him to be the sales person again for this future purchase

I had to go and pick out replacement furniture for furniture that had issues twice. Not a very happy person especially since I did not get any additional discounts for my troubles. I was told you get what you pay for and I had to spend another $2800.00
