Our salesperson was great. We loved the furniture we picked out BUT my kitchen set has had to be sent back two times now because of damage to the set when it was delivered.

Good experience
Sales consultants were easy to work with, let us browse without being obtrusive. Good quality of furniture and large variety. We visited the store several times before we decided to purchase our dining set and our sale person Shannon never pressured us.

Jack our salesman was great !!!!
Jack our salesman was so patient, kind and understanding. We have been in the store about 5 times before we booked our final furniture delivery for our home in Florida. We appreciate all the help Jack provided us during the past year, he's such a nice person. We can't wait for our furniture to arrive in our new home.

I just want to say it was great working with Randee at the sales department at the Oxford Valley Store. She was a pleasure to work with. I couldn’t be more happy with the selection and her experience to match our recliner with the sectional we purchased. The delivery team was excellent and very professional and pleasant to work with too. Their eta was on the money to their estimated time. Great experience

Great Afternoon at R & F
We were greeted by the sales person as we entered the store. She gave us the freedom to go look around and guided us to what we were looking for and followed up with us after a little while to see if we found what we’re looking for. We were able to break apart a set to purchase what we were looking for. Randee F. couldn’t have been more helpful from the start to the finish. What a quick, relaxing and professional experience. Then Ben also couldn’t have been more helpful with bringing our merchandise out to our car. It was well wrapped To protect it on the way home. Found exactly what we were looking for at a great price!

Shopping experience!
We had a pleasurable experience buying furniture yesterday. Our sales rep, Randee was very nice, knowledgeable and patient with us. The store manager Dan was extremely helpful too.
