Great customer service, I was greeted at the door and walked back to customer service where I was taken care of immediately. The gentleman who brought my night stand to my car was extremely helpful and polite!

Found an item online that I wanted to purchase and that was offered by a competitor at a lower price. People at R&F were willing to match the price, so I purchased it from them. Friendly service.

My first trip to the outlet was good. It had the same environment as a typical R&F store, we were greeted the same, sales people were professional. We were pleased to learn that the price on the furniture is the actual cost, unlike at regular R&F stores where for some reason they always add on some kind of hidden discount. I bought a love seat, chair, and ottoman for my office and couldn’t be happier.
