Not happy that when i picked out the dinning set it gave me a delivery date of 5/13/2021. So then after i checked out after paying in full it told me “ out of stock”!!!

It should let the consumer know first that the furniture is out of stock before they place the order, and its a false advertisement date of delivery!!

I have no idea when i’m getting my dinning room set!

My consultant was patient with me as I switched my order after I saw that my preferred item would be back in stock online. Very nice, professional lady. And great furniture!

Our sales person was Ihmad in Ocean New Jersey. He was kind and professional and spent a lot of time explaining all our choices and options.. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured. I was very pleased with our service his professionalism and our overall experience

Shelley was great. I sat at multiple tables, took the leaf out, saw how it was stored. She took time with me until I was completely satisfied that we were making the right purchase. She was informative and knowledgeable.

The nicest salesperson but very little furniture to look at.
That store is probably one of your lower end customer base as what was displayed was nothing special
One small step above value city

I understand Covid delays but my loveseat was suppose to " be in stock in a week" and here it is 7 weeks later and I have nothing but emails saying its delayed. Very upsetting.

Our furniture which was supposed to be in stock 11/12 has still not “come in” yet

Igor is the customer service representative at Raymour and Flanigan that assisted me with my purchases. Since the time of my purchase another Raymour and Flanigan issue has come up in which the company has decided they are going to use my Platinum plan I have and replace my recliner chair.. I am waiting for customer service to contact me to let me know when I can pick out the new chair and at the same time I will need t o select a different couch from Igor.

We found a great coffee table that was a floor sample at a very good price/ nd it came with 2 end tables. The sales rep wa hlpful.

As always, we received top-notch, stress-free, relaxing, and fun customer service. (We're "repeat customers".) We will continue to go to R&F first for any furnishing needs. The store is always laid out with enough space between items and decorated appropriately and beautifully to be able to envision what it might look like at home. And, the salesperson, Greg, was extremely helpful in all the important ways, ie knowledgable, understanding of our style, needs, and budget, a good listener with a good sense of humor without being aggressive/pushy. Overall, the shopping experience at R&F was exciting and satisfying, knowing we bought good quality at great prices without being pressured and could change our minds before delivery. R&F continues to receive strong recommendations from us!

Everything was well an excellent except for delivery was a mix up with that

Salesperson was very helpful and friendly.
Delivery was fast and on time, drivers did a great job.
