Great shopping experience

I made two purchases of dinning room chairs. 20% was reduced for Memorial day sale. My wife and I saw a stains on the balance of chairs. We decided to buy the balance of chairs and buy cleaners to get stains off. Today received an e-mail of 35% reduction for Memorial Day

Great experience overall at the Massapequa Raymour & Flanigan. Walking into the store, being greeted by the manager and having a personal sales associate take you through all your needs. Andy was a amazing sales associate. He took care of everything, answered all my questions, and made this transition so easy and worth it. I was able to do a big purchase and furnish my entire apartment from the 2 bedrooms, to the living room, dining area, and kitchen in 1 store & 1 visit. Absolutely amazing and I will definitely be back. I recommend them 100%.

All around experience lacking
Salesman was not knowledgeable on how to operate recliners. On a few occasions, we had to summon him as he had walked off and was using his cell phone, and there was only one person that was able to finalize our purchase in the entire store.

Eric. the sales representative, was wonderful. Very helpful and professional. My experience with the delivery was not as wonderful because the slots for the bed was not received. Now I have to wait for another delivery, so I am not able to utilize my bed until then.
