Ileen provided me excellent service. When we first entered she greeted us with a friendly smile and was so welcoming. I needed furniture for 5 rooms and she was so patient, knowledgeable, helpful and offered honest suggestions when asked. I would definitely ask for her when I return and tell all my friends to ask for her. She doesn’t know this yet, but she’s going to be my personal RF assistant 😊. Great job Ileen.

When ever I need a new piece of furniture, I head on over to Raymour & Flanigan. They offer a wide variety of choices and the sales representatives are friendly and understands my needs.

Our associate offered suggestions based on what we wanted; he was extremely patient and a pleasure to work with.

I'm still waiting for a message as to when my furniture would be delivered. No response from my email, and quite frankly I just want a refund

It was a terrible experience. The only positive thing was hoping to never shop there again...and one of the junior managers who was the only one who showed any care or concern.

Over all my experience in store was good however I did felt a lil rush like the sales rep was rushing to be done with me so he can move on to the next costumer ,my furnitures were delivered on Sunday the 13th with one piece missing, I called the store to speak with the sales rep Paul about what happen but he was clueless as to why one piece was missing, he did explain what could have been the problem and that I should be getting it the following Monday Dec 21st. Unsatisfied costumer

Wanted a custom color sectional and the hardworking Paul took the time to find me exactly what I wanted. Due to the fact that it’s custom I have to wait 9-13 weeks for delivery. Hopefully it will be worth the wait!!

long wait to see a cashier (so much so we almost left, but smart/persistent salesperson kept us from leaving), but overall customer service was great. showroom inventory was great. all questions were answered by our salesperson.
