Hervan Isaac: Quality Customer Service
This was my first time shopping at Raymour & Flanigan. Mr. Hervan Isaac greeted my family and I upon entry and reassured us that we were in good hands. Indeed we were. From the moment we arrived he handled every question and concern with ease and care. He not only demonstrated his expertise, style and knowledge about the products available, but truly made us feel as though were right at home! It was evident that he valued my family and I input and feedback. I was able to walk away with not only my first couch, but other necessary items to put together my living room. Phenomenal customer service and I would highly recommend anyone coming to the R&F store in Marine Park to seek out assistance from Hervan Isaac. You will not be disappointed!

Brittney Campbell is the reason I made my purchase immediately. I had planned to only browse . Raymour and Flanigan was the first place i went .Brittney is very knowledgeable and pleasant . I felt comfortable expressing my needs and concerns . She gave me my space and when i told her i left my measuring tape home she went to get me one after directing me to the area i needed to be. She is professional and down to earth.
