My experience with Raymour & Flanigan has been nothing but exceptional from day one, We chose to pick up our couches to save money. We got them home and inside before we realized the back of one was broken. Even though we picked up, Raymour of Springfield Pa came to our home and picked up the broken couch and replaced it with a new one. The staff at the Springfield store and the delivery men were all fabulous. I would highly recommend Raymour & Flanigan to everyone!

I ordered online and it was very easy. Furniture was delivered, and I did have an issue with a table top which the store replaced for me. Overall I was very satisfied and delivery guys were great.

Awesome sale, kept me informed on delivery time, delivery men wore masks.

Awesome furniture and bedding, but the best thing was my salesman Sean at Raymour and Flanigan in Woodland PA, Very very knowledgeable in the furniture and bedding dept. I am so pleased with my purchases. Will be visiting soon again.

Overall the experience was pleasant.The only negative was having to sit in the car for 20 min at the deserted loading dock. The doors were closed and we were literally left alone waiting for the furniture. Someone should have opened a door and acknowledged us.

The help from my salesman and the speed and efficiency of the delivery men made this experience great.

I love the furniture. The sales person was not math inclined and tried to tell me that if I got 10% off each item that I was getting a great deal at 20% off the total cost. I had to ask to review with the store manager the current sale at the store.

The Raymour & Flanigan clearance store in Ridley, Pa had a large selection of furniture at discounted prices. My loveseat recliner sectional is attractive, comfortable and nice quality. The sales representative was very helpful & friendly too.

My sales person, Ron Evans, was very professional, friendly. He greeted me and gave basic information about the sale. There was no pressure, I moved about the store at my leisure. When I saw what I wanted he assisted me. The transaction went smoothly and the furniture was delivered the next day. I'm very pleased with this store.

Robert was an excellent sales person who took time with me and knew my old sale person that dealt with fir many many years retired at another Raymond Flanigan location. I was very pleased.

Easy process. Very nice people.

I was suppose to pick up my mattress on Friday and was then told it was not delivered to the correct place and would have to wait until Monday. I was told now since of this it will be delivered on Friday free of charge but will wait to see if that happens.
