We were greeted by a gentleman named…
We were greeted by a gentleman named Jimmy and he was very pleasant. He assisted us with the purchase of a king size Skylar bed. We did have a small mixup with the delivery date. I called the store later in the evening and spoke with a woman named Kiana (not sure of spelling) She went above & beyond to help us. She called the “depot” and left emails for the managers to reach out to us the following day since the “depot” was closed. About 9:30 that same evening she called me and told me she was able to get us our delivery date that we wanted. She needs to be commended for her customer service. She is truly an asset to the company!

Jesus was an excellent salesperson
Jesus was an excellent salesperson, greeting my disabled sister and I at the door and assisting us in our shopping. He was very knowledgeable about the inventory of recliners and helped us to select an electric recliner that would meet my sister's needs. He was very patient, kind and thorough in his sales approach.

The lady that helped us was great
We showed looking for nesting tables and nesting end table. The sales lady who helped us was very helpful, with our search, we didn't find them in store but she assisted us in there online store.
She helped us out to pick out an purchase the set we were looking for.
