I am pleased with the variety and ease of purchase.

Lucy was a great sales person. They were extremely helpful and kind. They also didn't pressure us to make any decisions we didn't want to, and was very informative when it came to Raymour and Flanigan's policy.

Knew where to direct in show room to items we were looking for and was courteous and efficient.

I was helped immediately by Shannon which has a wonderful personality and made me feel very comfortable. She was extremely helpful as well. I will definitely be back to give her more of my business!

Our visit was very professional with Sales Rep John Egan. There was never any pressure to make a decision. John was very patient with us an gave us all information that we needed. Only disappointment was that delivery was almost 2 months

Placed online order for in-store pick-up. Paid in full weeks ago but have not received any further information about when the product can be picked up. Zero follow-up from R&F and the 1-800 number was a bust as well.

Ray Premo could not have been more helpful and knowledgable. we made a few trips to the store and he was tremendous each time. We changed our minds mid way through on a different model and he didn't blink an eye and updated the purchase order. because of the greta service, we ended up buying a mattress and desk as well - no pressure from him at all. I highly recommend Ray.

We are a senior couple that just moved into a retirement community. We were greeted by Tom Webb and stated our needs, a replacement bedroom chest. I was immediately surprised by his candor,professionalism and integrity. I am a retired career military officer and I judge quickly. We ended up with a more common sense solution. A new bedroom set including an adjustable bed ,frame and mattress w/ remote control. This was done subliminaly and with comfort by Tom. We were given space and realized this is what we really needed. When I retired from the Navy I was involved in large commercial truck sales with Ford and GM and can appreciate a good salesperson. Kudos to Tom & Raymour. I only hope the delivery is as smooth.

Visited the Outlet Store. Folks were friendly without being overbearing.
Consulted well and provided information quickly.
Decided to buy a set and checkout process was quick and painless.
I am a repeat customer and have not had any reason to not like them.

Malcolm Thomson did a great job as a sales associate helping my children and I choose a bed, dining room table, coffee table, and sectional for our new home. He was quick and he listened to our needs. Unfortunately, after declining the extended coverage plan, his manager Max came over and tried to badger me into purchasing the extended coverage plan, not listening to me on multiple occasions saying no and disputing my logic. I almost left after having spent an hour there picking out my furniture because I was so frustrated. I've never experienced such aggressive sales tactics in the numerous purchases I have made with your firm. To top things off, I was charged a delivery fee, despite spending $4,600 with your firm yesterday, have spent a cumulative $20,000 with the firm over 15 years, and received an email yesterday morning from your firm highlighting free delivery. I was then told it didn't apply to what I purchased and that the marketing team makes those claims often, creating such complaints. I can forward you the email to show how blatant the bait and switch is. The rating for my experience would be one star but for Malcolm being a quality sales person. I am deeply disappointed with your firm after having many good experiences over the years. I look forward to hearing your response.

This was a simple and great experience. Our salesman Tom, who we always try to work with, was excellent as always. He’s helpful and not pushy and always gives us alternatives. He knows the products and supplies valuable info for helping us make a decision. The price for the quality we are getting is excellent, the delivery is free and there were multiple time slots available for the delivery.

We like our salesman Jay Premo. He always makes shopping a pleasure and finds something in our price range which is always a good product. We come to the store because of Jay.

I recently shopped for new family room furniture and was surprised and pleased when I couldn’t decide on an accent chair for the sofa and chair I liked and the salesperson told me that they would take the chairs over to the set so I could see how they looked together. Not being sure of what end tables will fit in my house until I see the set in my room, the salesperson did not push me to buy tables and made me comfortable with my decisions

I worked with Tom Webb in the store and he was very helpful, knowledgable, and patient with me making a final decision on my choice. He was very professional and gave great advice for the space I had to get the proper couch that would fix into my living room.

We recently purchased a bed frame at the Montgomeryville store . The salesman was interested in the beginning. As we were deciding which took about ten minutes, he went to another customer. We then had to ask another person to provide details on our purchase. Other sales employees seemed to follow their customer all the way through.
