This is overall a good quality…
This is overall a good quality mattress. It is a little firmer than we prefer, but the softer model did not provide enough support. This model provides good support, and so we simply added a topper purchased separately. The only thing that deducts a star is the fact that we noticed the mattress permanently “sinking in” within a few months of use, and are concerned this will be a problem in the long run.

Great Experience
Tom was familiar with the set I was interested in, knew everything I needed to know about configuration options, measurements, delivery, financing and removal if our current sectional. What a great experience! Also, no pressure. I will be back for a bedroom set and will seek out Tom.

Delivery was early!
Having a constant view of the delivery truck's location made delivery easy and on schedule. The first estimate was arrival at 9:31. In actuality, they arrived at 9:25 and were back on the road at 9:34.
The men were courteous.
