Great selection, but representatives just talk too much and try to make a sale when I only say I’m just checking around. Overall positive experience besides that.

Our associate Jared was very helpful and patient with us as we decided on a mattress and bed frame purchase.

The sales rep was very helpful. However, he did promise me next day delivery which once in the store said that wasn’t available.

We knew exactly what we wanted, as we researched on line first, an L shaped desk. The salesman who met us, Mohamed, took us directly to the desk we planned to purchase, and was very helpful in completing the purchase.

Semir was great in helping us find the furniture that worked for our situation!

My item purchased was shipped to a local warehouse but it can't be found, per a manager at the showroom. Instead of trying to locate it, they reordered it which means it will take even longer to get here. Doesn't seem like they know what is going on by the various phone calls I received. When I called to try and find out what was going on I received totally inappropriate response from the young woman who answered the phone, when I asked to speak to a manager, Jose got on the phone who was short, condensing and rude with his responses, definitely not someone who should be in a management position. If I was able to have given 0 stars I would have. I will never be shopping at this or any Raymour location again. So at this time I sit here with no idea when my rug, which was ordered on 12/27 and originally told 1-3 weeks for arrival, will arrive.

Great service, helpful sales person

Kim greeted me soon after arriving, listened to what I was looking for, and lead me right to it! She showed me some options for arranging my space on the 3D simulator - fun! I told her some other ideas I had, and she helped me find several other pieces that would work within a specific space in my home. Very professional and thoughtful service.

Alice and Justin are two of the sales people Raymour and Flanagan have at the new Park City Store in Lancaster, PA. Both were very friendly and willing to go to all ends to find what we were looking for. Justin went one step further and sent a text after after helping us. And a follow up with delivery since it was nite stands were not in this store. He also sent text wishing us a Happy New Year! He’s our kind of salesman! Great furniture for the budget minded customer.
