When we arrived at the store we where amazed about how clean and well display all your furniture was display. Mr. Jean-Pascal was very nice and he did not pressure to make a sale. He took his time explaining the type of mattress we were looking for. We will be returning to you store in the future to purchase more items.

We knew what we wanted and were able to get in and get out very quickly. The sales person was friendly, informative and helpful overall.

We were greeted by Kk as we walked in. We told her we were just looking at a few things and she gave us our space until we were ready to ask questions. She stayed in sight but not hovering. We do not like to be shadowed by a salesperson. When we narrowed down our purchases she was very helpful and considerate of our needs. She made us feel like a valued customer. From start to finish it was a great experience. I would definitely one back and ask for her again. The store was clean and set up nicely that you could really see what it would look like in your room.

Joe was very helpful in finding me a great sectional. He was able to put together pieces in a way that was not shown online. He mapped out the dimensions for me and resolved a problem with the price, allowing me to get an excellent price in the end. Thx Joe!

Fast, easy with great customer service

My experience shopping at my local Raymour& Flanigan was absolutely the best. The process was smooth and I was able to find everything I needed without worrying financially. My brilliant consultant, Patte, Patricia Fazzino, was lovely and well informed on the many questions I had. Overall my experience was great and I look forward to shopping here again.

bought a best selling couch in 2020 and my 2 year old and 4 year old almost got the wood in ottom through there leg. ottom broke down the Cushing sank to the floor. and I called and they wat to charge me to fix it. bad service will never buy from raymour and Flanigan again.
