My sales rep Dave Rosen assisted my wife and I in the purchase of a new mattress. We were undecided on what we needed. After trying out several mattresses we settled on a Beauty Rest Black. Waiting for delivery.Thanks for his knowledge and assistance.

We were constantly kept updated as to delivery time. Delivery associates were efficient and professional. One of the gentleman even fixed a sticky door for us! Great experience.

Rose Leous took care of my daughter and I as soon we entered the showroom. Asked what we were interested in and showed us multiple samples for family room and dining room. We showed her pictures of the rooms and she asked further questions. When we left we told her we would be back in a couple of days to make purchase, this was a Monday - went back on Friday and made the purchases. Very pleasant experience.

I was kept up to date on the delivery process. The installers were kind, and friendly. They greeted me with a smile and took great care in setting up our sofa. I would recommend them to everyone.

I think they should be more competitive in pricing with regard to mattresses, and the KOP store should have a manager who knows how to speak to customers.

We purchased a sectional sofa with multiple power recliners as well as the platinum protection plan. The handle in one of the recliners has broken 3 times it takes quite some time for the replacement parts and service to be scheduled. Most recently, it broke again. I submitted a claim in Oct2025. I have had to follow up numerous times as the customer service is terrible. In the time that it has taken for this to be addressed, another handle on a different recliner broke. I’ve been in contact with the customer service manager who is not helpful. I now have both claims in and the recliners were scheduled for delivery yesterday (after 4+ months waiting). I took off work for this delivery (have taken off multiple days for service, scheduled deliveries which were cancelled, etc). They ordered the manual recliners and not the power recliners! I followed up yet again and was told it will probably be another 2 months. When I asked what the follow up would look like, I was met with rudeness. I simply expect customer service to provide updates, i.e., product has been ordered, expected delivery to store in 1 month, expected delivery to home 1.5 months, we will provide update on xxx date. I’ve wasted so much time calling, etc trying to get service on this expensive couch that keeps breaking. I could’ve purchased 3 couches from another store for the price I paid. I expected much better service for a large store with expensive products. Do not recommend R&F.

I’ve had the pleasure of working With Tony from the King of Prussia store for many years. He has helped me design and purchase almost every room in my house and it’s a big house. His helpfulness, kindness and above all, fairness goes above and Beyond. He is the type of of salesman who keeps you informed every step of the process not the kind who makes the sale and you never hear from them. I truly can’t say enough positive things about him and how pleased me and my family have been over the years.

Dining set is beautiful and modern. It gives aesthetic look to the space. Ordering was easy. Delivery was on time. The delivery guys were professional, friendly and did a wonderful job setting it up. One of the chair had to be returned to be replaced likely a manufacturing problem. The chairs are beautiful and can slightly recline.

Our experience with Kim Curnow in the King of Prussia store over the past year has been wonderful. She is very personable, conscientious, and has always been extremely helpful with making selections and dealing with any issues. We have made many purchases for two homes and she was always patient in this long process.

Peter was excellent - very informed on the merchandise and extrememly customer service oriented.

The selection was great and my salesperson Tony was very attentive, helpful while not being pushy. Thank you for a perfect sales experience.
