Our sales person was great. She was very helpful and friendly.

The sales representative, "Shaunah", was very helpful during my search for my furniture. I had looked around for awhile, ( like i had wanted to ), before speaking with her. She walked with me patiently, as i went around to each piece of furniture i liked, before i made my decision. There must have been a dozen pieces i was looking at. Shaunah patiently, walked around with me to each piece, giving me information and prices on each one. There was no pressure to purchase anything. Through the process of elimination, i narrowed it down to three pieces. Her patients, and her knowledge of the furniture, made me feel both relaxed and informed. I did purchase a loveseat and two recliners. "My thanks to Shaunah for all her help". I do believe she assisted me in picking out the best peices for my needs... I couldn't have been more happy when they were delivered, and i saw how well they fit in my living room. All three were the colors and style i was looking for, and look beautiful in my home... I wanted to also say, the delivery guys were great. They arrived exactly on time. They were friendly and curitious, as they positioned each piece exactly where i wanted them. The guys made quick work of the delivery. They were neat, clean, and professional, while doing their job, from start to finish. Hats off to them! "Great experience all the way around"... I will make other purchases at Raymour & Flanigan in the future. I will, and already have, recommened Raymour & Flanigan to my family and friends. Your consultant, Shaunah Pilling, was so friendly. She was helpful without "hovering," and her knowledge of the products you carry was vast. I had all intentions of just looking for furniture for my new apartment (am on a waiting list,) and I walked out with nearly all the furniture I need!!

Employees met us shortly after going into the store . Asked what we were looking for . Did it a very professional and not pushy way.

The sales Lady Michelle was amazing. She didn’t follow us around or hound us. She let us just take our time and look around. When it came time to make our decision she was very friendly. She didn’t act as if she had better things to do.

Easy to navigate, good variety and affordable prices.

We were very pleased with the service we had. Nobody pressured us to get anything out of our price range. The employee encouraged us to keep looking and presented options within our price range.

Purchased new mattress delivery drivers were in a hurry , i never signed for my delivery they took a picture of mattress wrapped in plastic and left. When we took mattress out of plastic it had to distinct indentations and is defective as they are permanent. Called Raymour&flanigan about the return process and issue they stated they have a zero return policy and will not be replacing and have to go through a formal claim with mattress manufacturer. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointing. We purchased this firm mattress for our disabled son with cerebral palsy and its a huge let down to be treated this way a a new customer . I can tell you i will never purchase a item from this company again . Buyers beware of their return policy and when you call claims they give you the run around.

Belinda Fetty was very knowledgable on the topic of Beds and provide very useful information. She spent a considerable amount of time with us and patiently answered all of our questions.
The presentation of bedding is very good, as well as the large selection.

Staff was available and helpful without being pushy or impatient.

Found the piece of furniture that we were looking for. Purchase was easy.

Our salesperson, Belinda Fetty, was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy. We were mattress shopping which is a major purchase. Happy to take advantage of the Black Friday Sale.

Bought an adjustable bed. I had called Michelle a couple days before we came in and gave her all the info I needed, which she had on hand when we came in. She took her time with us and We never felt rushed. This is our first adjustable bed. Michelle did a great job explaining them to us.

Great customer service. Great product. No issues.
