It is typically not easy shopping for a mattress. But our recent experience was a game changer and we left R&F as truly satisfied customers. Our salesman, Christopher Case, was extremely knowledgeable and sensitive to our need to have “space” to assess his suggestions. We never felt rushed or overly influenced in making our decision, and we were comfortable in sharing any concerns or questions. Definitely a 5-star experience!

We have had such a good experience buying furniture. The salesman was great he didn’t pressure use at all. He allowed use to decide for ourselves what we wanted the purchase. He knew a lot about the furniture that we were looking to purchase.

I went in needing to purchase a sofa, a loveseat, and a recliner to replace those that were more than worn out.

I was greeted by a sales associate named Rajeen. He showed me a number of choices, but never pressured me to make a sale. Pressure would make me walk out the door! He was patient and courteous, but I wasn't ready to make a decision. I wanted to go home and make more measurements and look more elsewhere and online.

Cognizant that salespeople often work at least partly on commission, when I went back, I asked for Rajeen. He had already spent a good deal of time with me and deserved to be credited with the sale. He spent a good deal more time walking me around the store, looking at different options that would suit my needs, until I finally made my decision.

I am happy with my final choices and the delivery.

Salesperson was very friendly and helpful. I know they work on commission, and I felt bad that we were only purchasing a new bed frame. He answered all our questions and was as helpful to us as if we were buying a living room set.

Chelsey at the Henrietta NY location was great! Very professional and knew exactly what I wanted. Made the entire process quick, easy, and enjoyable.

Purchased a mattress and frame. Upon delivery, your delivery team did NOT want to install the new frame. They opened the frame box and tried to put some of the new parts on the old frame. I told them I wanted the new frame, which they refused to install. Then they told me they would not remove my old mattress, because my dog had urinated on it.
I told them I informed my salesman about the stain,, and he advised me they would still take the old one, they would put the plastic from the new on over the old one As they told me they would not, I told them to cancel my order. Your delivery drivers were very rude.
