I had worked with Donna who was working at your Store in Hanover when the new store opened. As I worked in sales and so I always go back to the person that helped me. I did this on Saturday and Adam greeted me when I walked into the store. He told me Donna is no longer with the company and he would be happy to assist me.
I returned on Sunday and Adam is very kind and very professional.
He was a pleasure to deal with.

Raymour & Flanigan has a wide variety to pick from. Many different styles, colors, and fabrics. Our sales representative, Leah, was very patient with us. My husband knew he wanted a new recliner but he kept changing his mind as to the one he wanted. Finally he made a good decision.

It was a pleasant experience to buy and set up delivery!

My husband and I just loved the way the store was laid out and displayed. Jose was wonderful in helping us with the selection and purchase of our recliner. Also he was very helpful in giving us information on and displaying different types of mattresses to us. It was a very pleasant experience shopping at your store. Fantastic selection of quality furniture at very reasonable prices. My wife and I were very pleased with our showroom visit and looking forward to enjoying our new furniture! Our consultant Michelle Snyder went above and beyond to help us find just the right items, we will be looking for her again next time we need assistance. Showroom was clean and welcoming. Manager was great too!

The new Hanover store is horrible. The manager is so arrogant and irresponsible. The salesman was very good , so sorry he lost his sale. This manager needs SO MUCH MORE TRAINING.

The people were helpful and accommodating. They knew what I was looking for and pulled it up right away. Price can always be better but I'm more than satisfied with the service

Our salesman, Jose Ramos, was very knowledgeable and helpful with our decision making. He was patient and answered all our questions, made great suggestions, and did not apply any pressure on us to make a decision. Very large selection of high quality furniture. I highly recommend Raymour & Flanigan if you are looking for good quality furniture.

Salesperson did not hover, gave us the space and time to look but kept an eye on us to answer questions without being intrusive.
