Our Salesman was great
The salesman Adam was great, attentive, and informative. We are pleased with our selection. We were surprised and dislike that Raymour & Flanigan charges a delivery fee.

We were greeted by Adam right away and…
We were greeted by Adam right away and offered some help. He explained what was on sale and how the store was laid out, for what we were looking for. Our salesman then followed up a few times during us trying to decide on a direction we wanted to go. He even helped carry the pillows for me to color match different fabrics. It was a stress-free process from start to finish.

Don Langhirt was an excellent consultant - very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable regarding customer service.
Also, the furniture was high quality, and reasonably priced, equating to best value ... it was actually a pleasure wandering the store.

Excited for sectional to arrive Sunday . He gave clear instructions if sectional was damaged upon arrival .

This was the first time in store
This was the first time in the store what a beautiful store lots to see ,and wonderful salesman Donald Langhirt no pressure but very helpful.I think it expensive I just hope it all holdes up.

It's an uncomfortable feeling
When walking into the store, I see several sales vultures awaiting the next customer. It's just not a comfortable feeling. Sales folks were fine, the Customer Service Team could use more training in positive customer service. I was told to expect my product by Thurs/Friday of the next week. The CS team called to say the product was in - a warehouse, who knows where on the Tuesday before I expected the product. It took another full week to get the item from the warehouse to the store for pickup. While the chair is great so far; I doubt I ever return to the Hanover Store.

Found Exactly What We Were Looking For
We drove more than 50 miles to the Hanover store. We found the lift recliner we previously saw on the web page and made the purchase within 20 minutes. Adam was knowledgeable and helpful with demonstrating the product. We look forward to another visit/purchase in the near future!
