Stephen Perez associate at the Clifton Park store was wonderful at helping me choose my couch. He was great

we went in the store and were greeted and shown exactly what we wer looking for. The salesman was professional, knew the products and was not "pushy" and trying to sell us things we were not interested in

Erica is amazing! Knowledgeable and listened to our thoughts and was able to point out items that were exactly what we wanted. Attentive but not intrusive.

Fred Babbino was very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He knew exactly what we needed after asking a few simple questions. The first mattress he showed us was the mattress we chose after shopping around at a few different stores. Great salesman, great guy!

After a very stressful issue Corey, Danielle and Stephan work with me and their upper management to help us with a solution. The solution was as fair as it could be- frankly they did exactly what I would have requested… without me saying a word. I would never hesitate nuying from Raymour and Flanagan- in fact we’re putting together another order for our new home!

Our salesman was very helpful and personable. He helped us find the exact couch we were looking for within the first 5 minutes of being in the store. The entire process took less than 30 minutes and we were out the door. He gave us all the information we needed for pick up so the process would be quick and easy again. Our entire experience was great and the facility was very organized.

The employees were very helpful and polite. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a recliner. The pick up of my furniture went very quick.

Farmer Doug keeps me coming back i've know him since i was two years old and grew up and worked with him and his dad til i went in the service in 77. Everybody is very helpful, kind, polite, couldn't ask for a better bunch of folks. Been doing business with ya'll since i came back up from the south in 07. People in the store are very helpful, unfortately your delivery people don't take much pride in what they do we've had problems with our stuff being delivered. Keep up the Good work and fine stuff in the store.

Quality furniture at an excellent price. Staff always helpful. Great selection. Shopped other furniture stores was wasn’t willing to wait 8 to 10 weeks for delivery.

I purchased what I thought was a Genuine Leather couch which turned out to be a bonded leather instead of Genuine Leather and it pealed after only 2 years . I'm so disheartened over this purchase I will NEVER shop at Raymore and Flanagan ever again. Beware, The Price does not match the quality of the product. I also purchased a Table which Bubbled after only 6 months. The customer service was less than adequate as the person came out to my home wanted to just spray something onto the table to shrink the Bubbles. I am Less than pleased over everything I purchased from this store. Save yourself the troubles and shop else where! Signed, Disgruntled Customer !!!!!!!!!!

Douglas was very informative and patient as we tried to decide. Answered all of our questions When we decided that Nector was the brand we were interested in, but were looking something in between the two mattresses that were in the store, he brought up the third option which was the one we decided on. He is a very good listener.

Roger was great! He made me feel like I new him for a long time very helpful and not overwhelming to me

Doug was a huge help. We had him kind of walking around the whole store and he was very kind about it. He helped us price out a couple of different mattresses, bed frames and dressers. And then helped us make a decision that we are very happy with.
